The customer service is horrible. Also they managed to give me two year old niece the wrong medication. That could have been very dangerous if we didn’t pay attention to the prescription.

This pharmacy does not do a very good job of customer service AT ALL. With the price of gas bring so high and repeatedly asking them to specifically let me know by phone if there is an issue with the doctor calling in the prescription so that I don’t waste $20 in fuel to drive there and get told that “the doctor didn’t call it in” THEY DON’T call to inform me. Complete waste of time and gas. This has happened repeatedly at this pharmacy and I guess they just don’t care or think about customer service. They won’t have my business any longer I’ve had enough

Getting kids in and out of car seats is a pain in the butt. Had just left a clinic. Had one prescription for two different people. New patients. New users at the pharmacy. When I get to the checkout line I get them all of my information they say they only have one prescription. I have to lug two kids out of the pharmacy back to get the paperwork out of the car and back—just to show them “hey another prescription was submitted.”Bring the kids back into the pharmacy for them to then fill the second prescription. The prescription had been submitted all along, there’s no reason they couldn’t do their job correctly the first time. It’s frustrating for me to tell someone there is another prescription, this is the name it’s under. Be told, no there isn’t. Less than three minutes later “hold on we’re filling that prescription.”

I had to call Elliott Pharmacy for a transfer of one of my prescriptions from another pharmacy out of town. The pharmacist was extremely thorough and helpful, and she made the experience quick and painless (often not the case with typical retail pharmacies!!!)! I was able to pick up my script later that evening. Drive through was super convenient! Will be filling my scripts here when I’m in the area.

I always have the best experience at this pharmacy! They go above and beyond what is expected and are always super friendly! Not to mention their hours are very accommodating!

They are very unprofessional and rude. I’ve been having problems with getting my medication from them the last few months. I went to pick up my medicine and they told me I don’t have insurance. I provided them with my new cards and they told me to Check with my insurance company, because my insurance was canceled. That’s a lie I very much so have Blue Cross. I will not be going back. Take your business elsewhere.

Unfortunately this pharmacy has gone from being pleasant and efficient to having horrible customer service and some very rude employees. They will not notify you that they do not have your meds until you are there to pick them up. Then they are beligerante about it. We have moved all our prescriptions to another pharmacy and would not recommend using Elliot’s.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy… The cashiers are beyond unprofessional; cussing, rolling their eyes at customers, inappropriate conversation amongst themselves while checking out customers, the list goes on… If I could give a zero star rating I would.

If anyone knows a trip to the pharmacy is usually cause for anxiety. But not this one , can’t thank them enough for getting my new never been to them before script so quick and easy . So thanks for making something that’s usually a nightmare and making it easy 💞 I’m a forever fan ⭐️

So my girlfriend is staying near this store while she fills a position as a travel nurse, and she is not from Louisiana. Yesterday she began to feel ill, and today her symptoms worsened. While not an emergency, she was unable to go out, and I was not available to help, so I began calling around. I called grocery stores, department stores, looked for delivery services online - nothing. Finally I called the fire department, who recommended the sheriff's office, who recommended I try calling some of the pharmacy's around (they can't give specific recommendations of course). So finally I get in touch with Elliott Pharmacy. After explaining my situation, they dove right in to help. They gather up everything my sick girlfriend needs for self-care and recovery, bill me over the phone, and deliver it. No questions asked, no problems, no extra charges/fees, just a bunch of love and support from somebody who went above and beyond to help a stranger in need. I am just so grateful for their kindness.
