Firehouse in Englewood, OH is literally the best! Today was the second time they have saved me!! I work as an HR assistant and I periodically receive the task of getting lunch for large onsite customer meetings. Sometimes this task comes at the last minute. Today was one of those days! I called Firehouse and they were able to have the plater ready for me in 30 minutes!! I was amazed! Thank you so much! Lunch was a success and everyone loved the food!

This is the 2nd time that we ordered sandwiches for takeout, we got home - opened the sandwiches and they were NOT made the way I ordered them. Called the store manager, reported the concern, and was compensated for the errors.

First time eating Firehouse subs and it was sooo good! It can be pretty pricey but if you're in the mood for a good sub, this is the place. It wasn't busy when we went but it did take longer than I hoped to get my sub but it was still worth the wait. Kid-friendliness: They have little fireman hats for the kids. Very kid friendly

Firehouse subscribers is always a good choice. I used to go to the Huber Heights location when I worked nearby, but I now work in Englewood. This location is just a good. It seems as though the company does a good job keeping their core values of how they do business (making their products and treating their customers) equal from location to location. Great job! Keep up the good work. Please open a location in Troy, OH!!!

Great food, mom got a small cheese steak and I got a medium Italian. We both enjoyed them. Customer service was excellent. Employees got along well, great environment for adults and children.

My women church group ordered box lunches for a workshop on Saturday 5/21. Manager Bryin was very helpful and courteous in placing our 12 delivery box lunch orders over the phone. Another employee took a last minute order and the all 13 orders was delivered on time and the employee was very friendly. I recommend the Englewood Firehouse Subs location! Great job!

Ordered a medium sub the 1st time I was here. It was huge. Ordered a small the next time and it was the smallest sandwich I had ever seen. Taste was great both times but there needs to be some consistency in portion s. Ruined my lunch experience. Galaxy S8 used for comparison.

The New York Steamer is absolutely delicious especially combined with the Datil Pepper sauce (love the bottle!); however I was thrown off on just how little meat there was compared to the last time I've eaten here roughly a year ago. I come here with the expectation of a meaty sandwich but this is a Subway portion!
