Just went and told me they are sorry but there system was down and they are only accepting cash. I said ok and ordered, get to the window and they tell me they can't break 100?? This Arby's is awful anyways

This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get all of your order sometimes you dont. Sometimes you get fresh fries and sometimes you get hard fries. I guess it just depends on whose working.

I eat Arby’s usually once a week or two. I actually order from the Arby’s in Burlington,KY and it’s 9/10 a solid place to eat. I’ve given this Arby’s, I want to say, at least 5 chances and every single time it’s either completely messed up order with even the wrong drinks or just really gross. Dude is generally rude and short and won’t even let you tell him it’s wrong, I’m disappointed once again.

I was happy with the service all around, but I don't think Arby's food is the same as it used to be. I feel as the food quality has went way down. The amount of roast beef seems to have gotten smaller as well, the beef n cheddar was like eating a big bun with a little quarter size piece of meat in the middle.

The drive-thru moved quickly. The staff was friendly Pleasant and efficient. I ordered two of the cheddar roast beef sandwiches and they were delicious I really love their apple turnovers and you cannot go wrong with one of their jamocha Shake as well as the mocha iced coffee it's one of my favorites and I will literally go to the drive-through and just get the mocha iced coffee it's fabulous!

They messed up 100% of my order, sandwiches missing half their stuff, wrong fies and tea that was so watered down it was clear! When I called to see if they would make it right, the manager (she refused to give her name) was VERY rude and pretty much said you get what we give you. I will NEVER go back there.
