Went there for a drive-thru COVID test. The man at the window explained the procedure very clearly and made the experience very calm for me.

I have had several negative interactions with the staff while trying to pick up my prescriptions at this location. Most recently, a staff member was openly commenting negatively about customers while I was waiting to be helped. When confronted about the comment, the staff member tried to justify her comment by saying that the comment was not referencing me specifically. I found her overall behavior and commentary to be rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for. She was also very hesitant to assist me with any of my questions regarding why I was unable to get my prescription filled at that time. I plan to transfer my prescriptions, as well as contact the store and district manager for this CVS as it has been an ongoing issue.

I have had nothing but problems from them. From not having the presriptions ready when I get the friendly text, which in itself is messed up. The texts say stuff is ready, or I get a text saying it is about to be returned, when I never got a text it was ready in the first place. I have called cusomer care or CVS care several times and the text thing keeps happening. Most recently, CVS made a HUGE mistake with my sons medicines. There was an order for a medicine increase, but when I called several times, I was told the doctor never sent an order over. I watched my sons doctor personally send an order over via email as well as talk to someone. The doctor assured me that my 45 minute drive home would give CVS enough time to get the order filled. However that was not the case. When I got there, I was informed that there was no order and that I would have to call the doctor. I want to make note that the person I was dealing with looked like she was stoned off her rocker and kept putting the phone down on me. Why? Because I was talking funky. You see I just recently had an operation on my mouth and there was still some swelling which did make me talk funny. The lady I delt with told me she would not talk to me until I spoke clearly and normally. Um hello just had surgery and I informed her of this, and I may have cussed, but I dont know for sure. I did call the doctor, right in the drive through, only for them to close their window on me, and it was not even closing time. Even more mad than before, I left. I called the insurance company the next morning, to see if they could help with this matter, took an hour but I was informed by the insurance company, there had been an order for the medicine as well as an increase from the month prior, that had been sitting in their voice mail, unchecked, as well as their email, also unchecked. this is a big mistake as for the lack of medicines that my son needs to have, my son went through a manic spell. Not good for anyoneand not good for the person with bipolar. Now CVS is still filling automatic refills, after i was informed they would stop. They have medicine my son needs, to prevent him from going manic, and refuse to give me what there is, because i cussed at one lady that looked stoned off her rocker. She could barley keep her eyes open. Now I am being told that the doctor just called it in the night before. I know this to be untrue, due to I just updated records with the doctor 3 days in a row just to make sure this would not happen. These are the automatic refills getting filled that i was told they were going to stop. CVS is by for the worst, most incompentent pharmacy and the entire staff as well. Blaming a customer for their lack of accountability, and their lack of concern. I am glad i switched pharmacies and will NEVER return, not even for a quick stop. Worst customer service from the Pharmacy, and the store.

Wish I could leave a negative star rating. The managing pharmacist at this location is maniacal. I scheduled the earliest appointment for a flu shot on a Saturday to carefully avoid exposure to covid (my housemate is super high risk of complications & they don't require masks if you can believe it!). I was the first appointment and nobody was in line behind me but they kept me waiting. The man in front of me (purchasing something at a nearby window) was not wearing a mask and when the pharmacist approached me she said she couldn't access any of the insurance info I submitted online when I booked the appointment (wth?). So I cursed. Nothing outrageous, boisterous or loud and certainly not directed personally to the pharmacist, it was just like taking a deep sigh and releasing some stress. The pink and blue eye-shadowed pharmacist then says "I'm not giving you a flu shot if you are going to talk to me like that." I said "I'm just stressed. This is taking longer than expected and the man in front of me was not wearing a mask." She said "I can't make him wear a mask." Regardless, I said "I need this flu shot." She refused. I asked to speak to the manager and in a nasty tone she says "I am the manager." So I called the police and unbelievably he couldn't make her give me a flu shot and said she can deny service to anyone she wants. So get this straight people - CVS won't serve you if you curse (forget the 1st amendment) but feel free to come into CVS without a mask and risk people's lives. Yes. This is what our country has become. Idiocracy. This CVS is terrible.

Negative starts would fit best. They are just awful. It is sad that they are not able to fill prescriptions correctly. They are not able to communicate with the physician office. The managerial pharmacist makes everything worse, she is extremely rude and unprofessional.

We went in to look for sweet oil for an earache. 2 young men behind counter virtually ignored us. The girl (possibly pharmacy tech) was ringing a customer out. Bethel CVS tech said they were out while looking behind their counter. We asked the girl when she was done with her customer, she looked dumbfounded and said we'd have to go to the grocery store. Uh ok...

The service is always friendly, and the prescriptions are accurate. I would only want the wait at the registers and pharmacy to be less. I also don't like the whole reward card concept that you have to have to get the advertised price.

I love the pharmacy here. They're really friendly, know me by name, are very helpful, and service is fast. Much better than the busier pharmacies. They also have ordered a specific brand for my heart medicine, which Kroger Pharmacy was unwilling to do. Needless to say, I moved all my prescriptions over to CVS.
