I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone… I tried to reach the pharmacy to find out about a prescription my Doctor called in. I’ve been hung up on 3 times after going through the terrible phone system and waiting about 7-8 minutes each time. It’s time to switch to Walgreens pharmacy. This is ridiculous.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the techs are so sweet, but the pharmacist is rude. She’s been here the last two times and is terrible. She talks to me like I’m stupid when I have prescription questions. Also very slow pharmacy.

This pharmacy is terrible. I will get texts saying my prescription is ready, but when I get there they say it hasn't been filled yet. Then they cheerfully offer to "expedite" it, which may take another 30 minutes. This is the company's fault. They are understaffing

If they can't keep the pharmacy open because of staffing issues, then they really should just close the door and not accept prescription requests. Today is the 3rd time that I've got notification that my prescription is ready, but when I get there to pick it up (on the same day) they're closed.

Told me my meds were ready. When I got there the next day, they said they WEREN'T ready and I'd have to wait a half hour. Previous obligations meant I couldn't wait. So, no blood pressure meds- Great!

I have been using this CVS for 20 +yrs. In the past 18 months I have had problems every time! My Dr. Office will prescribe antibiotic and they don't get filled for 2 or 3 days. I'm tired of hearing were understaffed.😖.

The work ethic at this pharmacy is terrible enough as it is and now they are even closed from 1:30 to 2:00. It's already hard enough to get a hold of anyone on the phone when you call a lot of times it takes an hour for them to answer then finally when somebody does answer they are not polite at all they just seem annoyed that they have to answer the phone and help a customer that has questions auto refills are a joke long ridiculous wait times for medicine to be filled called the doctor had them call the prescription at wallgreens then shortly after that the medicine was ready to be picked up. I will never take care of a loved one again who has cancer and use this pharmacy because when it comes to their comfort and getting their medicine this is most definitely not the pharmacy to use wouldn't even give 1 star but it doesn't give me the option not to

Too understaffed in pharmacy! My doctor called in a new med for me that he wanted me to begin ASAP. Problem is..they haven't filled it yet..too busy and I called 7 times today with a total hold time of over 2 hours and NEVER got to speak to anyone! I would go elsewhere but our insurance only allows us to use them.

I made a COVID booster appointment for 10/5 at 8 pm, arrived 13 minutes early and was never able to check in as a crowd of unmasked customers—a few of them quite visibly ill with deep coughs—gathered around the pharmacy. I did not think it worth the risk to keep waiting in that group, so I left. If you’re looking for a safe environment to get the jab, I’d suggest UC. They did a fantastic job with the first round of vaccines, minimizing risk to both their patients and staff. And shame on the maskless people for having so little consideration for their fellow humans.

The absolute worst pharmacy you could go to. Do not use this store for pharmacy. You will be needing a new perscription from your doctor for the stress, anxiety and frustration you will incur from this terribly inept pharmacy. If you don't want to have experiences that make you fantasie about driving your car into the building, having your blood pressure going through the roof please don't use this pharmacy.
