Some staff are friendly but most are not! Remodel is a nightmare. Restroom is 1 in at a time which should be code violation. Meijer is much better overall.

I have been shopping here for almost 20 years. The store has been in a steady decline for years but it is absolutely horrible now. People are rude especially at the bakery . Went in to order a cake for a graduation and rose was so nasty. When I told her that I needed to order a cake she rolled her eyes and threw her hands up complaining that she doesn’t work back here and doesn’t know about any of that. Then continues to say she take the order and they can just call me to figure out what I want if there is a problem. Then to find out the scanner doesn’t work, so I can’t order the cane at all. Refers me to mulberry which I went there and was told they are to busy and can’t do it. Milford main store is disgusting and food products look awful. Nate flying around I am fine shopping there all together.

This is a horrible Kroger. They don't stock a lot of basic things other Krogers stock. Something about the lighting is depressing. I struggle to find vegetables and fruit I want to spend money on because most of it looks bad and the selection is small as it is.

I was a loyal Kroger shopper for 20 years. In the last two years. I stopped regular grocery shopping here. I every few months I’ll go back down there to see if anything is different because I like that it’s close and I do appreciate some of the private selection brand foods. However nothings has changed it’s been several months since I’ve visited the store went there this morning. Store is very cramped as is and then the click list shoppers take up the whole aisle they don’t even attempt to move out of your way there were people stocking shelves which I understand has to be done at different times but this is kind of a peak time on Saturday morning boxes blocking 3 different aisles. Seems to me the boxes could be easily swing to the side of the aisle so that grocery carts could still go down the aisle. The employees that work the floor here are so rude and look at you like you are in their way and they’re mad that you’re there. The only thing positive about this store are the cashiers. I won’t be back to this store.

I just learned of a serious harassment issue here that resulted in a death and sure enough the same person that is responsible is the same person who made me feel bad enough to drive 20 minutes out of my way to a different store. I hope Kroger takes care of this cancer spreading throughout its corporation. If you have a senior employee who is brazen enough to harass customers, you know they’re doin it to coworkers also.

I had an appointment at the Little Clinic for 9:20 am. I got there at 9:10 checked in and saw there were 4 other people sitting there. I had to wait until 10:15 before I was taken in. I would not recommend going here since they can't even get you in close to the time of your appointment. They don't open until 8:30 am so it really doesn't make sense to me.

When I called yesterday, the phone rang twenty times before someone picked up! No exaggeration; I counted. This was the second time I tried calling. First attempt, it rang fifteen times! When we request medicine by a certain time, they have never met the deadline. Excuse is always the same, “We’re just real backed up right now.” Pack some snacks if you have to pick up meds. Wait time averages 45 minutes to an hour. Shame on you, Kroger. Hope people pay heed to this review. Maybe you’ll do better in the future. For now, we’re going somewhere else.
