My elderly husband has been trying to get his omeprazole for over two months. I went to see his doctor and she said to called in several times. Last time she called it was July 6 . He went to pick it up July 11. She wasn't ready and did not offer to fill. She act as if she didn't care. If my husband has severe stomach pain . I am calling the pharmacy broad. I would advise others do the same. Bad service for something as important as meds. ~Happycamper

Unless you have a high clearance vehicle, do not attempt the exit on 28. Been a problem for years and it's gotten a lot worse. Fortunately there's usually a single orange cone. Also, there are pallets of old displays outside by the entrance, inside in various places. ~Nick

I have been shopping here for almost 20 years. The store has been in a steady decline for years but it is absolutely horrible now. People are rude especially at the bakery . Went in to order a cake for a graduation and rose was so nasty. When I told her that I needed to order a cake she rolled her eyes and threw her hands up complaining that she doesn’t work back here and doesn’t know about any of that. Then continues to say she take the order and they can just call me to figure out what I want if there is a problem. Then to find out the scanner doesn’t work, so I can’t order the cane at all. Refers me to mulberry which I went there and was told they are to busy and can’t do it. Milford main store is disgusting and food products look awful. Nate flying around I am fine shopping there all together. ~Kimberly

Incredible selection of cuts, wine, beer, spirits, and dessert goodies. Not many places in Cincy regularly carry high quality prime beef, let alone American, Aussie, and occasionally Japanese wagyu, and the prices are more than reasonable. The Lehr’s team is also very friendly, knowledgeable about their craft, and forward thinking with their offerings. Lehr’s is an east side Cincy staple that seems to get even better with age. Keep it up Lehr’s! ~Mike

Best deal around most of time when you use your Kroger card but the people in the box seriously they need to purchase personality 😂😂....I know it sucks I worked at gas station with a box n it was full serve so yeah it sucked .so I kinda understand ~David

I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone… I tried to reach the pharmacy to find out about a prescription my Doctor called in. I’ve been hung up on 3 times after going through the terrible phone system and waiting about 7-8 minutes each time. It’s time to switch to Walgreens pharmacy. This is ridiculous. ~Joe

Went in for the 1st time being in a new UDF. Stood there at the ice cream counter for about 3 minutes. Finally the girl with black hair turned around and told me "You order on the kiosk." Ok weird, but why couldn't she take my order? I walk to the kiosk and proceed to try to put 2 shakes but 1 keeps deleting and then the sale wasn't on there, they were full price. Finally after about 7 minutes, I picked my daughter up and we just walked out. All while the workers just stood there starting at me, could've took my order, made it and I could've paid and been out the door in that 10 minutes. Lost a customer today, this was ridiculous. When did human interaction become taboo? I won't recommend due to the "customer service" and I won't return. ~Mystic
