Went in for the 1st time being in a new UDF. Stood there at the ice cream counter for about 3 minutes. Finally the girl with black hair turned around and told me "You order on the kiosk." Ok weird, but why couldn't she take my order? I walk to the kiosk and proceed to try to put 2 shakes but 1 keeps deleting and then the sale wasn't on there, they were full price. Finally after about 7 minutes, I picked my daughter up and we just walked out. All while the workers just stood there starting at me, could've took my order, made it and I could've paid and been out the door in that 10 minutes. Lost a customer today, this was ridiculous. When did human interaction become taboo? I won't recommend due to the "customer service" and I won't return.

I went in with my family for some ice cream and a few groceries/souvenirs since I am from out of state. It wasn’t busy when I went, less than 10 people. The two people working the ice cream counter were terribly rude. They told us they were out of hot fudge and told us that they put chocolate syrup on it. We said that we would take our ice cream plain and take the loss but the man at the counter said that he made it with they syrup and would not do it again. He refused to make it as we asked and refused a refund as we had already paid for our items. The girl at the ice cream counter “helped” by trying to charge us again. She didn’t want to listen that we already paid until a different worker told her that we checked out with him. She kept our receipt and tossed $5 at us as if that would cover our ice cream ticket. As we left we could see her throwing her hands up and pointing at us through the window. I have family in the area and visit often but I will never be going to this UDF again.

One of the women on staff was so extremely rude, trying to yell at me while I was waiting for my payment to go through. The machine froze after I put card through and she came out screaming at me saying I need to pay first. I tried explaining the machine froze and that I was waiting for it to go through but she wouldn't listen and just walked back inside, not letting my friend finish her purchase inside. I don't appreciate being screamed at and humiliated in public.

Brand new store and great staff but they almost always don’t have their drinks restocked. Make it a little frustrating when you’re just trying to run in and out to only find out they are out of everything.

Terrible customer service at the milkshake stand. They had nothing but attitude when talking to me. It was two teenage boys. They were about to close but they treated me very poorly because I came in to get a milkshake and gas late. Don’t recommend going here!

Somehow, UDF took a perfect product, made it difficult to order. The new malt ordering device has ruined the counter and I'm don't shopping at UDF. Permanently. Smooth move...

After the remodel, the store looks beautiful. The staff was very helpful and the store was very clean.

They are remodeling all the udf stores in this area. This store was completely ripped down and rebuilt. It looks great and they added outdoor seating which is a nice touch.

Came in tonight after seeing a movie to grab a milkshake and some gas. We saw that there was another customer in the store and since every UDF I have lived near was 24 hours, we just walked in. An employee in purple immediately stomped over to the door to lock it as she said "We're officially closed." Then she just stared at my friends and I from by the door. We felt really awkward so my friend just said "Oh... We thought you were 24 hours." She said, "Well, THIS ONE isnt." We asked if we could just get our stuff since we were already there, the woman said "You can buy stuff but I'm NOT making you ice cream. You can go to the other location for that." She practically rushed is out the door as she spouted out again that we need to go to the other location. Okay. I get it. Its closing time and you're over it. However, when I worked at UDF, you didnt treat customers that way and if someone came in because you forgot to lock the door, you locked it behind them but you took care of them anyway. There wasnt a single reason she couldn't have made three milk shakes other than sheer laziness. I'm more concerned with how incredibly RUDE she was though. It seems I'm not the first person to comment on this and I bet it's the same woman. If she cant effectively work in customer service or handle a gas station, she needs to go. Plain and simple. [UPDATE: I came in the afternoon the next day and the two guys working were an absolute delight!]
