My daughter is prescribed This but the sad part is she is disabled and lives on a fixed income. How is she suppose to get this every month if the Price's go up and down? It's cheaper to go to Lake Charles to get this because the grams and potency don't change. So I get twice as much. It's really hard for her to get this with the little money she gets. Too bad insurance companies don't help with purchasing this. It helps her. It's truly sad when a person needs this and they go in to get that certain one that helps only to find instead of 3.5 gms it's 7 gms twice the price. They say " it's just the way the company packed it" Well don't you order it? Yes you do. Stop thinking about the money and consider your low income patients.

As others have said, incredibly overpriced, inconsistent availability, no choice of anything (brands/suppliers/strains), long wait times even if you order online, and the website is never up to date in terms of inventory. When the prescription is ready, it is announced loudly in front of everyone within earshot. Get a better system, especially for these ridiculously high prices and poor quality. "Every state is different", they tell you, but they neglect to mention that our state is charging 3+ times the price of other states for half of the potency. Quality is mediocre at best and prices are highest in the entire United States. Good job as usual, Louisiana. At least Louisiana is consistent, I guess. Some of this is growing pains, but most of it is legislators (cartel) bending to the supplier/grower lobbyists and making sure that it is clandestine and benefits only their buddies and whoever can afford to pay. Check out who owns the dispensaries and how politically connected they are, and ask yourself if this is by design or chance. If you want an example of how NOT to run a program and dispensaries, look no further than Louisiana, the worst of the worse. Zero stars if possible.

Now that you can pick up at the check-in desk if you paid online, this has decreased the wait time for 1.5 hours to less than 4 minutes (unless there's a line inside). My suggestion: schedule to pick up during non-peak times. Of course, having a broader selection of items would be great but I know that's not their decision.

This place is very professional. Set up like a traditional pharmacy with a waiting room similar to a doctor's office to wait for your prescriptions to be ready. You can also use their website to pre-order and just pick up with no waiting. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. You can also get a consultation with the pharmacist which is very cool

5 stars because I never thought this would be possible and it finally is. I've always had a great experience and the staff are always courteous and respectful. Some of the ladies working in there are just so sweet and happy, I enjoy making small talk while checking out. Great selection of different products, nice facility. Life changing!!!!

Capital City Wellness has some decent products. The prices are high - as with all Medical Marijuana Pharmacy in Louisiana. You can buy a product- go back the next day and buy the same product but the potency will be different. Very aggravating when you spend $60 for 5 prerolls. The staff is great. They are always busy.

I am nearly 12 years sober. I'm a healthcare provider. A work related injury has made me a reluctant customer of this business. As someone with a strong desire to maintain sobriety without becoming dependent on opiates following an ankle injury requiring surgery, I am grateful this solution is available in Baton Rouge. We have to do better in Louisiana. I specialize in addiction. The only feedback I would offer is the wait times, prices, and park at your own risk. Fortunately, I will be a short term customer. Thank you for your help navigating a difficult and often frustrating process.

One of the nicest places I have been to. The staff or friendly and knowledgeable. Had my one on one and left with a better dosage of my medicine and more knowledge on how to use and what would help me. Highly recommended this place they will take care of you and actually HELP YOU HEAL. I fell in love with this place the second I walked in from the front desk to the help I got one on one. I promise you, you wont be disappointed I wasn't . Bless this place love it .
