Horrible customer communications. Never delivered my furniture. Then had an attitude when I called to ask how they wanted to resolve the issue they told me they didn't like MY attitude and come get my miner. SURE WILL!!

One in to see about doing a rental on some furniture, the staff felt like they didn't want to work with me. What professional and courteous I just got the feeling they did not want to deal with me. I eventually got to fill out an application they said they give me a call when the result came back to let me know if we were good to rent or not. It's been about 3 weeks.....

When dryer was delivered, we knew it was used but shocked that there was HAIR and stuff in the drum.. Doesn't dry correctly. Manager didn't give any type of discount, only will get me a loaner.. hmmm
