7 Best cell phone store in Indianapolis, Indiana (IN) 2024

This has been my spot for years and I always know I will get A1 service. The new manager Josh is absolutely amazing and fully accommodated me and my son's needs. He even went above & beyond to accurately install our screen protectors and explain our new device thoroughly. Please keep this guy around lol!!! Love this location!! I was previously with T-Mobile for 10 years and was paying $200+ a month for 3 lines. T-Mobile service is also HORRIBLE!! I switched to cricket and now I pay $68 a month for 3 lines and I have great service everywhere I go which is important bc I work from my phone! This location is always clean and has minimal waiting time. ALL the staff at this location are amazing! Madelyn especially is always smiling knowledgeable and eager to help with any issue! 10/10!!!! ~Reyna

Great place to have service not so much to buy a phone better off finding a phone that's unlocked and taking it to him that way you get what you want because if not you're not going to pay through the nose unless you buy an iPhone but all the other phones are kind of subsidiary because they don't care certain models nor do they get them in but the customer service here is on point and the people are nice sincerely a damn loyal customer ~1995UltraZZ28

We all know that purchasing a new phone takes time, and can often seem unproductive from the waiting line. However, it was clear after being serviced by Dave that it was worth the wait. His communication and transparency was enjoyable and refreshing to see from a Verizon sales associate. We drove past 5 other closer locations just to visit this location, and we will definitely be doing the same for our next purchase. Good job Dave. Keep up the good work. ~Breanna

In general, this store is usually pretty quiet. Their stock is lacking from time to time, but they're usually ahead of other stores in the area when it comes to newer items and current stock. ~Hunter
