We all know that purchasing a new phone takes time, and can often seem unproductive from the waiting line. However, it was clear after being serviced by Dave that it was worth the wait. His communication and transparency was enjoyable and refreshing to see from a Verizon sales associate. We drove past 5 other closer locations just to visit this location, and we will definitely be doing the same for our next purchase. Good job Dave. Keep up the good work. ~Breanna

IMPOSSIBLE to move thru large refrigerators and freezers in the back of the store due to large pallets of product lining the middle of the aisle. There is not room for 2 carts to pass. This wld work if it was 1 way cart traffic but it’s not. Additionally the staff is also clogging everything up with machinery trying to maneuver around these pallets. Where’s the management in this store? Does this make sense to anyone. It’s been this way for about a month now and I shop here weekly. I’m over it, we will be getting a Costco membership ~Amanda

While the store is usually fairly clean, today there were boxes stacked everywhere. They were out of stock of at least four specific things on my ten item list. Their coke prices are extremely high, and there were way more empty shelves than there should be. I even saw some mold on a snack pack of meat and cheese. They do have a good loyalty program, and Target circle offers can be helpful, but they’re not always advertised at the shelf so it’s a chore having to search for them individually sometimes. ~Danielle

I have a full leg amputee, with a prosthetic leg. The instructions that I have in my curbside order are for specific reasons. Mainly, for when I pull into my carport back at my complex, it makes it easier to get them out, if they are behind the driver seat on that side. He literally opened the door to the passenger side, popped the bags in the backseat, and shut the door. I’m not even sure he said thank you. But I did not get a chance to correct him and have him move the bags. This is not the normal interaction or service I get at the Nora store. They have some fantastic employees there that are always helpful and friendly. Maybe this was just a one off. ~Greg
