Other clubs have reopened their cafes back to normal hours with full products. It'd be nice if this location would open their cafe full time and bring the frozen yogurt back.

Used the shop n scan app as it was Sunday and they were super busy. Got in and out with what I needed without an issue.

The early pick up hours for Plus Members is very nice. Also, getting gas while you are there is awesome when you use the Sam's Club App.

I went on 10/8 in the morning right as they opened. Dave in the produce area yelled at my kids to get out if his way while he was on his forklift. “Out of the wayyy!!” he said. My kids and I were barely in his way. He should’ve just been patient and waited for us to move out of the aisle.

After their $5 promotion it is way to crowded. I can barely maneuver down and aisle without waiting a couple minutes for the traffic jam to clear. I will probably switch my membership to Costco or BJ's.

IMPOSSIBLE to move thru large refrigerators and freezers in the back of the store due to large pallets of product lining the middle of the aisle. There is not room for 2 carts to pass. This wld work if it was 1 way cart traffic but it’s not. Additionally the staff is also clogging everything up with machinery trying to maneuver around these pallets. Where’s the management in this store? Does this make sense to anyone. It’s been this way for about a month now and I shop here weekly. I’m over it, we will be getting a Costco membership

The scan and go is great fast checkout and is always well stocked. Maybe a little less re-stocking and equipment use before closing would make it easier to shop as isles were closed while equipment was in use. Gas was also cheaper here.

I had a great experience with customer service today. They were really patient with me. The last time I was there I had renewed the wrong account so this time I got that refunded and then opened a new account and was given a great discount, without asking.

I came in with a quarter tank of gas and then proceeded to add almost another 28 gallons of fuel to my truck. Can someone please explain how a 26 gallon fuel tank can over 30 plus gallons of fuel. You cant. You need to have your pumps checked and recalibrated, you are ripping people off at the pump. I will be reporting this to the state.

I stopped by at the gas pump. They had issues when you scan your Sam's, and credit card. Your Sam's gets cancelled, and credit card is declined. The credit card gets locked. Wait a few seconds before trying them again. I put my Sam's while the system had declined my credit card. Then it worked. A little patience after the long wait is worth it.
