Mostly nice people terrible place to work especially tbc department if you like being harassed for doing your job when others slack off on their phone or their talking to others and if you tell them you walked in on a very inappropriate situation then go to corporate and address the situation then jj tbc boss gets mad cause I went to corporate about the situation and threatened if i got him fired we'd have problems definently not team lead material

This is the nicest Sam's Club I've ever been it. It was super clean and fully stocked. I actually thought it was a new store. The employees were very nice and helpful.

On our road trip home from South Carolina to Minnesota we picked up a nail in our tire. Rolled in with less than 30 pounds of air pressure left and an air leak you could hear. The guys in the tire garage got us back up and running in less than an hour. Totally saved the day for us and we were able to complete the 8 1/2 hour leg of our trip. 9/19/22

I like the location best. It's organized and well stocked. It would be nice to have more cashiers at the checkout. If a person is coming to Sam's the typically have a HUGE Cart full. This visit everything was priced higher, except the rotisserie chickens. Thank you for keeping those priced the same.

I honestly didn’t know what all the hype was about until I got a Sam’s Membership here and I absolutely love it! You save so much money and yes it might seem expensive at first but remember you buy everything in bulk so it last a little bit more longer than really groceries at Kroger, JayC, and Walmart etc. You also save money on gas as well which is very convenient being right next to the store.

Sam's Club always has a good selection of items. My only issue is with the people you allow to bug customers to buy their products or services. If I want to buy an AT & T phone or Direct TV service or a new key fob, I will seek it out for myself. It is irritating to be stopped by someone who believes you NEED their product or service when you only want laundry detergent and fresh meat!!

Was told on phone, after talking to 3 people being put on hold 17 minutes and hung up on. "YES we have carnation breakfast "ready to drink" they had 3 people check. I drove 45 minutes and they don't have it on floor! Had to wait again 30 minutes for a supervisor manager to pull it down with a forklift. Absolutely the worst customer service.

I come here to buy clothes, some special grape tomatoes and some pastry. Gas is usually the cheapest on this side of town as well. Sometimes I buy olive oil as well. The clothes do have some good deals as well.
