I bought an elfbar vape went home and got my kids food. Once I opened it, I found it open and leaking juice. Had it worked I would have dealt with it but it did not. After going back up and the guy having to call his boss. I was given a new one that was unopened and worked. The guys customer service could have been a little better but knowing the area he had to do what he had to do. ~Michael

Man if only they could keep staff staffed. Many times I go in there and the line is ridiculously long and only one cashier working the whole store. I don't see how they can't keep a second register going, especially when it's the rush of the day when everyone is getting off of work at the same time and want to stop at the same time. Prepare for that and it wouldn't be as bad for the store. Only reason I gave it a 4 star. Other than that I would've given it a 5. ~Charles

Awful service and extremely rude employees and management. Prepaid for fuel inside, and the child who rang me up because the adults were on there phones put fuel on the wrong pump. Then wanted me to pay again saying it didn't go through my bank account. Yet I immediately showed them where it had, and they said it would be refunded within 4 hrs and would not give me a receipt saying such. 6 hrs later I only show the purchase including my rewards for fuel I get on my card. No refund and no pending refund and they still refuse to give me the fuel I paid for. Im fortunate enough to had the money to go elsewhere and get fuel but I could only imagine the situation this could put someone in. ~Nicole

Says Fed Ex Ship Site on the door but is just a drop off location. Stopped in to return AT&T equipment. Went to the UPS store around the corner on 25th street instead, they were super helpful. ~Bethany

We purchased the Storage TV Stand for TVs up to 75" - Threshold™. The team members at this store was so helpful and very nice. My son is super excited and loves this new stand. The team members also helped us get this into his truck. Thank you and love shopping at a location that is very nice and helpful. Thank you Columbus Target! Great team from the Starbucks visit , picking the tv stand, to checking out, and then to the car was nice and easy. ~Michelle
