9 Best convenience store in Columbus, Indiana (IN) 2024

Man if only they could keep staff staffed. Many times I go in there and the line is ridiculously long and only one cashier working the whole store. I don't see how they can't keep a second register going, especially when it's the rush of the day when everyone is getting off of work at the same time and want to stop at the same time. Prepare for that and it wouldn't be as bad for the store. Only reason I gave it a 4 star. Other than that I would've given it a 5. ~Charles

Awful service and extremely rude employees and management. Prepaid for fuel inside, and the child who rang me up because the adults were on there phones put fuel on the wrong pump. Then wanted me to pay again saying it didn't go through my bank account. Yet I immediately showed them where it had, and they said it would be refunded within 4 hrs and would not give me a receipt saying such. 6 hrs later I only show the purchase including my rewards for fuel I get on my card. No refund and no pending refund and they still refuse to give me the fuel I paid for. Im fortunate enough to had the money to go elsewhere and get fuel but I could only imagine the situation this could put someone in. ~Nicole

This place is historic for putting stores through out your city to make things you need readily accessible. It is the most profitable small business in the USA right now due to it's accessibility. That said, the one i go to here on 25th Street in Columbus, IN needs to make things more readily accessible. Within the store itself it looks very disorganized and sloppy at best. ~Russell

For the last year or more it seems that the prices that you see items marked at on the shelf cost quite a bit more when they get rang up at the register and the more you buy the more you get cheated out of and I have mentioned this to the store employees on several occasions and it still has not been taken care of. In general store #09252 in Columbus, IND is not a good place to go to buy your goods from the Dollar General stores for lack of concern for the customers that shop there and it would seem as if they have a serious management problem or something like that. Cannot recommend that anyone waste their time or money at the above mentioned store. ~Tim
