Man if only they could keep staff staffed. Many times I go in there and the line is ridiculously long and only one cashier working the whole store. I don't see how they can't keep a second register going, especially when it's the rush of the day when everyone is getting off of work at the same time and want to stop at the same time. Prepare for that and it wouldn't be as bad for the store. Only reason I gave it a 4 star. Other than that I would've given it a 5. ~Charles

While being ripped of by a fraudulent moving company who took a large deposit and never showed up, we filed a dispute to get our money back. That was back in June of this year. It is now August 30th and still no answer or money back from BAR-CONS. Stacy does not return phone messages and always seems to be in meetings all day. I would steer far from this bank and put your money somewhere else. We have police reports and full records of contact with this fraudulent moving company. We even supplied addresses and phone numbers to who took our money. We’ve gotten more things done on our own than what BAR-CONS dispute department has done. We now realize that we opened accounts with the WRONG bank. We should have went to Centra. ~Who

This bank has way to many hidden fees. Then won’t do anything to correct it. Worse bank in town imo ~Tyrone

We've had nothing but problems sine we started banking here. Not updating our address, freezing our bank account if we use or debit card in another city or state, not ordering checks when requested and there is always a wait when you have to speak to any one. ~Jim

We got a much needed face-lift hrre at Circle K on Jonesville Road! Its much easier to maneuver! Soon, we will be selling fresh donuts!! ~Lori

The teller staff are very nice, however, it takes forever to get replacement debit cards and the fees that are charged are higher than other local banks. When I wanted to open savings accounts for my children they wanted a photo ID for them. None of which were old enough to have one, they accepted the birth certificate but it was almost an argument to get that taken care of. ~Gabe
