The online ordering / instore pickup process is outstanding. I use this process each month to purchase paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid for approximately 70 senior families in need. I am always waited on promptly, and I have never had an order misplaced or not received exactly what I order and the correct count of what I ordered. Everyone is always very polite and helpful.

I have a full leg amputee, with a prosthetic leg. The instructions that I have in my curbside order are for specific reasons. Mainly, for when I pull into my carport back at my complex, it makes it easier to get them out, if they are behind the driver seat on that side. He literally opened the door to the passenger side, popped the bags in the backseat, and shut the door. I’m not even sure he said thank you. But I did not get a chance to correct him and have him move the bags. This is not the normal interaction or service I get at the Nora store. They have some fantastic employees there that are always helpful and friendly. Maybe this was just a one off.

Went to buy a new surround speaker for computer A young man in the a electronics department help me out. The amount of knowledge he had for electronics was very impressive. He could answer every question and knew a great deal about all of it. I do believe he probably knows all there is to know concerning said subject. Way to go Target for that hire, he is essential to your company in so many ways. I do believe his name is Joseph

I make it over to this Target a few times a year, as it’s not really that close, but it’s much bigger than my local Target. Typically, the employees are wonderful as well as the selection. But I have to dock a star for Karen (that’s her actual name) the cashier, who clearly has an issue with thin blondes existing. We were out shopping all day on the northwest and north sides of Indy, and she was the only person who had any sort of problem with us. Target, please don’t hire prejudiced cashiers. We did nothing to her to deserve her bad attitude and treatment.

***Edited*** Really nice location and target seems to always have good prices. They have updated within the past year. Adding in self check out lanes and a nicer/updated version of the makeup and health section. The customer service has also improved greatly.
