I don’t know if we got unlucky or what but I bought 2 pretty candle stick holders a few months ago that I found while in the check out line. I noticed one of them had wood chip dust twice even after cleaning it and realized it most likely had some sort of bug or ant inside eating it. We will be burning it to say the least.

Absolutely loved this location!! The store was clean, organized, following proper social distancing procedures. All the employees were extremely polite and offered help, always asked if I needed anything. I found a product that the plastic wrapper had been ripped almost all the way off, it didn't have a price tag, and there was not anymore of the exact same product. Couldn't even find a similar one made by the same company/brand. So I took one made by a different company, that had a price tag on it, to the register. Explained I couldn't find anymore of the one I wanted, so the cashier was kind enough to charge me the price of the other one, with a price tag, even though it was a different brand. She was not rude or frustrated about it or anything. Very polite the whole time. I highly recommend this location and I will return. Very good shopping experience!

Bought a ton more than I planned!! LOL !! But was so happy to do so. Had so much great stuff and just a great variety for all over the house. I think I bought something for every room!! Some two or three!!

The customer service was great. One of the wonderful lady at Avon store was very helpful. She damage to console stand before I left the store an help make the decision whether to buy that stand or another. I really appreciate help but I didn't get her name.

It was nice inside, clean, and organized. Which I assume is not easy for a place that sells everything. They did have long line to check out, with only one cashier who was trying to check out a lady who didn't look like she had anything in her cart (of course not HomeGoods fault), but then it took 5 minutes to get a second cashier, the manager, to open another drawer. When I left the only actual cashier was still trying to help the problem customer (at some point ask her stand aside until whenever she was calling gives an answer maybe?) And the manager was trying to get the growing line checked out. Hopefully they hire someone before the Christmas rush!
