The store manager not sure if it’s the store manager or just one of them but she’s new obviously! I’ve been coming to this store for 15 plus years,she’s been there for months. Very rude and refused me a purchase so I took my business elsewhere and I will be contacting corporate I know everybody at that store and I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and now I get someone who is very unpleasant it looks like she does not wanna work there by her name is Jessica ( you may want to avoid store all together) She refused to sell a package of cigars after a full box was opened by staff. She came up stop the sale we told her that the cigars on the shelf were crunchy and stale she refused to sell one out of the new box that was already open took it from the staff and put it back in the box that was now already unopened and refused to sell like a child! Jessica if you’re not happy at your workplace you need to find a new job! Zero stars!

This valero has some of the friendliest and most professional employees youll find anywhere. Lived down the street for 5 years and been going here almost every day for 5 years. The prices are slightly better than circle k for most items including cigarettes and gas. However when looking for the sugar free silver rockstar youll be out of luck. Its always out here for some reason. Haha

They always have everything I need when making a trip to a gas station and have all my brands in stock along with a great selection of any brand of cigarettes you smoke or beer you drink they stock just about all of them. It makes it easy for me to go in here and get what I need because it’s the closest convenient store to me which is nice. Always experienced friendly customer service from the cashiers every time I go in to buy anything as well, and I really appreciate that because the convenience store right across the street that I won’t name directly has very rude service and the last time I went to that store to buy something and went to pay for it I realized i had forgot to bring a couple extra dollars before leaving to cover what I was buying and after I told the cashier I didn’t have enough and apologized to him that I forgot to grab a few extra dollars before I left to pay for my smokes he got extremely rude with me and raised his voice at me saying so your not gonna be buying these then and aggressively shoved them back on the shelf and on my way out the door he actually said to me very clearly so I would hear him to quote “come back in next time when you have your head on straight, okay!” I forgot to bring the $3 on my dresser when leaving my house and after i even apologized he still made that very uncalled for and disrespectful comment to me like i was some druggie in his store tweaking out and not thinking clearly and I sure as hell aren’t a drug addict at all! So I found his nasty comment angering to say the least and that was the last time I will ever shop in that store and I realize he is obviously Indian or somewhere from the Middle East where they are are raised to talk like that to each other but I’m not from his country and im an American shopping in a gas station here in my own country so maybe he should learn to stop being hateful and more polite to everyone because most Americans like myself don’t appreciate being spoken to like that from anyone whatsoever! So that’s all I’ll rant about that store across the street called the 7/13 or whatever it’s called ;) lol I’m sure everyone knows which one I’m referring to, and take my advice and shop at this service station instead if you appreciate a convenient store with everything you need in it and friendly service where your not spoken to very disrespectfully by a guy from the Middle East somewhere who doesn’t know how to talk appropriately to people here in America because he obviously doesn’t understand we try and be as respectful as possible to one another in our country here. This was a long review but I wanted to tell my story and end by saying I give this station 5 stars for their friendly environment and great beer/cigarette selections! Haha
