It's all 1 place, but there are 2 parts, so just to avoid confusion; "Chevron" refers to the gas pumps outside, and the inside store is "Francis & Son's Food Mart". Both the inside and outside are kept very clean - even the restrooms. The employees are friendly. They have new, free, self-service car vacuums for use during the day (I have never used them, and I forget the hours they are available.) It is both convenient and safe. The store & gas are open 24/7 and it is well lit. This location also the least expensive for gasoline compared to the other Chevrons in the area. The downside is the name "Francis & Sons Food Mart" is misleading. I don't know what defines a "Food Mart", but to me, I imagine a small scale grocery store. They are comparable to any other gas station. Quick Trip has more "food" choices than here. You can use your Safeway grocery store rewards to get a discount on gas here. EDIT: I have used the vacuums and they are more powerful than any vacuum I have ever used. They will suck up car keys, papers, and just about ANYTHING, so make sure to clear valuables from it's path! They also have a compressed air gun beside the vacuum. ~Heidi

The store manager not sure if it’s the store manager or just one of them but she’s new obviously! I’ve been coming to this store for 15 plus years,she’s been there for months. Very rude and refused me a purchase so I took my business elsewhere and I will be contacting corporate I know everybody at that store and I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and now I get someone who is very unpleasant it looks like she does not wanna work there by her name is Jessica ( you may want to avoid store all together) She refused to sell a package of cigars after a full box was opened by staff. She came up stop the sale we told her that the cigars on the shelf were crunchy and stale she refused to sell one out of the new box that was already open took it from the staff and put it back in the box that was now already unopened and refused to sell like a child! Jessica if you’re not happy at your workplace you need to find a new job! Zero stars! ~jmale2020

One employee was rude to my grandma and she asked for her receipt and he just told her that she needs to say that she needed it and they were re stocking the doors during the busiest time of day and other ppl were rude too plus the parking area in front of the store still wasent clean at all and on top of that this morning there was a dead roach that an employee did not even bother to clean up at all I recommend anyone not go here ~Jacob

The girl that was working here at 4:30am on Sept 1st 2022 needs a promotion. She was there all by herself with a line at least 10 deep constant and she had unbelievable hustle. She also had what appeared to be a inspector riding her @** and she handled it like a champ. I hope corporate reads this and hooks her up. ~Curtis

Walked in we waited in line while we watched this representative sell lottery tickets without an id. So we get up there and get our tickets. She tried to card us we are obviously over 30 years old which is fine but we brought it up. She then starts talking about how this wasn’t her store, she doesn’t care about the store and was very rude and disrespectful to us. Talking about how much she doesn’t need this job and the store. She then went on and on with her rudeness. The store was not stocked AT ALL. It was dirty. I felt like I was talked down to because I was black. Also she isn’t wearing her mask properly. She didn’t want to give a name so I took her picture. ~Rare

I just bought a sandwich from there and got charged 2 extra dollars to get condiments like ketchup and mustard… I’ve never gotten charged for stuff that is offered for free. The guys name is Santino working the night shift. Smh I’m definitely gonna talk to the manager tomorrow when he’s in. Unbelievable. I Come there everyday too. ~Abe

I love QT this review is for the cooks in the back. If you running low on bread just go get another loaf rather than toasting an end peice. It's rather hard. Not many of us want it. Thank you. ~Anthony

First and last time visiting this location! Stopped in for Lotto tickets and wasn't acknowledged as I stood waiting at the counter. After asking for tickets she stared at me oddly after asking me how old are you? I answered and she still stared at me like my Dad would as if I was lying but still declined when I asked if she needed my ID. I would think that would be the proper verification instead of trying to guess or assume someone's age! ~Debbie
