Self checkout only for the handicap doesn't work too well. We going to the cash register representative ask me cash or card. I told her both. She directed me at the end of a $80 transaction it was card only 😵. Attempted to use my over-the-counter health products card. It would not accept the card for the fifth time this year. Although I had the correct products the same ones that were in the catalog that I bought. Making changes

DO NOT come here. No one wants to work or do anything. I called at 10am to make sure I’d be able to complete a western union transfer, and I was told that Shanell would be working the desk and they’d be open until 8pm to complete the transfer. I stood around for 30 minutes waiting for Shanell to come to the desk, she did, and immediately walked away. After another 15 minutes someone else comes and says there’s no one there certified to complete the transfer. Despite Shanell being there, supposed to be working customer service. So either the person I called lied when they read the schedule, or the manager is lying trying to cover for an employee who doesn’t want to do their job. Either way, no one here knows who is supposed to be doing what it cares at all about their jobs. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

The store is clean, attractively merchandised and carts are maintained and staged well for customers. No single checkout lanes available. One large self check area with 12 stations with an employee at the front of line directing to the next open station. Another employee in the hub of the checkout for questions, help and scan issues. The line seemed long but with those two employees stationed where they were it moved very fast. This is a smaller Market than the Supercenters so it is easier to pop in and out quickly without miles of walking.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They never answer the phone and when you try to speak with a manager in person, the money center/ customer service is ALWAYS either closed for no reason or closed due to "short staff". But there is 20 people walking or standing around. I hate this Walmart with my soul and I rather go past this one to the one on 71st and Keystone.

The cashier Kimberly is rude and disrespectful. Needs to learn some manners and how to be customer service oriented. This store is very much needed in the neighborhood. Please hire some people who know what is is to serve the public! Kimberly needs to go!

Well , I don’t hate the store itself it’s more aimed at the employees. I saw this man just walk out with groceries he didn’t pay for.. yes sad and very short staffed unsupervised as heck.. but the prices are great

This store is full of necessities and great finds. I visited twice and it was also full of people. It may be wise to order delivery or curbside service. They have a salon and optometrist on site. The cashier who assisted me was under 18 and unable to scan alcohol by law. She asked another associate to help her by scanning it, and the associate told her no. She then sat my wine to the side and handed it back after the transaction and told us to go to customer service where I waited in line a second time. When this info was relayed to customer service, there was nothing offered as a solution or otherwise. Three stars due to poor customer service

It's interesting there is such a small neighborhood Walmart. For years all we see are the Super Walmarts. Stopped in to get a snack and some pens. Convience and easy checkout made this trip ideal.

Great location, however if your in a rush this store may not be your beat option. The lines are backed up. 4 scan and go lines and one with a cashier. Hmmm. Derek my cashier made the journey pleasurable. Great customer service and good jokes that actually made me laugh. Thanks Derek.
