Incredible customer service. Everyone there will help you with all your Ace hardware needs. Mimie is knowledgeable and friendly. I think she runs the store. You will never find this kind of service at Lowe's or Home Depot. Perfect spot for all of your plumbing jobs. Kudos to all of the employees. Fantastic job.

I gave it five stars because of the store overall in general. When we first got there, I showed an associate a screw that I needed. He took one look at it said, "oh we don't sell nothing that small." My husband also needed a certain type of screw for a snare drum. He told him, "we don't even have nothing like that, you'll have to take it to the place where you bought it from. He didn't even take the time to help us. We asked another associate, his name is Mr. Martin. He helped us find the screws the screws that we needed.
