I dropped off the truck here at night in clean condition and the next day I got a $27 charge on my credit card . Called them and the lady explained that she got to clean the ash tray so she got a right to charge $27 . First of all , we are non smokers and if the ash tray was dirty it must be that they did not clean it at the first place. My fault is that I did not check the ash tray when I picked up the truck( whoever thought of that now a day?) . The lady told me that if I need to complain I need to call Uhaul so here it is . I will dispute the charge anyway and will NOT ever do business with Uhaul again. Be aware people.

I rented a 5x8 enclosed trailer for the weekend. Online checkout was seamless and when I arrived, I completed paperwork and was out the door in 10 minutes. The owner, I think, even helped me hook up the trailer. It seems like this should be normal service, but in most cases it is not these days. Thank you for the excellent service and for taking care of your customers. I will surely be back if I have need for another trailer!

ll I can say is, 100% first class towing company! We were moving from Fl. to Md. Driving my 2011 2500 Silverado, with wife - 2 large dogs and one cat when we broke down at the motel we were staying at for the night in Manning. We had a closing date the following day on our new home. I called Taylor Made at 7am, explained the issues and asked to be towed to Prothro Chevrolet - only 5 miles away. Very time sensitive tow, as the service manager needed me in asap to diagnose problem and get me back on the road asap. Taylor Made showed up at 8am, had me to the dealership by 8:20am, and lets just say the total bill was half what I was expecting! Great service from phone call to tow! Thanks again !!

It feels like home and the lady who works their had great interpersonal skills and a great overall person to be around all this is apparent after only a few minutes of meeting her. The service makes the place.

Called for a tow at 11:45 they arrived at 2:45 oh they were aware that it was two adults a small child and a small dog when arriving 3 hours later they told us to find a ride for the 5 year old child but he would take the adults and then said the dog had to ride in the car being towed with the windows up in 90 plus degree weather!!! absolutely horrible!

Had a flat at 4am, was told they would take 60 minutes to arrive. An hour and a half later and the roadside assistance can't even get a hold of them. One simple task and they couldn't get it right
