I have used Mizzells many times for truck rentals in the 13 years I have owned my business. They have been more than helpful and prompt. Any issues I have encountered have been due to other renters not returning their vehicles on time, and Mizzells has always worked hard to resolve those issues as quickly as possible.

I made a reservation over a month in advance for a budget truck and trailer. I went to pick it up and they didn't have our trailer at the location. The man that was "helping" us was rude, did not help us at all, took zero responsibility for the mistake, and told us to call an 800 number and leave. This is not the added stress that I needed on the day I move. Do not give this place your business, go elsewhere.
