I have been working for a business as a receptionist for a couple years and Nick, Ken and Robbin have always been the ones who deliver to us. They have excellent customer service and have always been quick with everyone's delivery. They have always maintained wonderful attitudes even when they would deliver to us several times in the same day. Hats off to them! I workna different position now but I still order from them because they are freaky fast! This is an exceptional location with brilliant workers! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work! The guy working at the drive thru, his name is clinton i believe - is extremely disrespectful. Been going to this location for a while and never had someone act so disgustingly ignorant and combative for no apparent reason. I had to drive off, since this man wanted a confrontation and gestured me at the drive thru window as i was driving by.

I am across the street from this store. It's been over a hour and I still haven't gotten my sandwich. Jimmy John's prides itself on speed. How in the world does it take over a hour for a single sandwich?

I'm torn between the Ultimate Porker and the Gargantuan... can't go wrong with either. The meat and vegetables are always fresh, and their bread is my downfall.

I called this location last week after I had an unfortunate incident at subway. Two of the subway locations here in the Colony would NOT accept their own company's coupons. So I called and asked the manager at Jimmy John's on Plano pkwy if they would accept a competitor's coupon after explaining to him what had just happened to me at subway. He in turn told me that no he would not accept the coupon but that if I came into his location that he would just GIVE me a sandwich. WoW! I went into the store in tears. With gas prices rising and inflation at the grocery stores, getting a decent bite to eat daily without breaking the bank has become a for real chore. I met Cole the manager at this location. He made a really good sandwich for me. He would not accept the coupon or money, but I did leave as a tip the money that I would have spent at subway. If I could give a million stars to Jimmy John's on this review, I would. I wish I had had the courage to tell them at that time how much their kindness meant to me with all the health issues and family/financial problems I'm facing in my life currently. They have me as a customer for life and the sandwich was delicious. Thanks for going WAY above the mark where another company wouldn't even rise to level.

I ordered a small BLT which is supposed to have three slices of bacon apparently on the small size sandwich. This is what I got. This isn't worth the price, is poorly made and ticks me off that whoever made this thought it was ok.

Great tasting fresh subs! Do you like a great fresh sub? This is a great place to eat! Friendly staff, fast service! Bread is fresh and tasty! Loaded with plenty of meat and cheese! If you like spicy, the I suggest having them add on the Jimmy Peppers!
