GameStop

This location is so cute and lovely. Ethan makes your time there even better. With his knowledge of where everything is and what’s the best product FOR YOU. He asked me questions on what I look for in a game cause I was just looking for a new game and helped me find the perfect one. Stray. (A game where you get to be a cat.) the price was also well within my budget and it made for a great experience without me feeling like I was breaking the bank. It was magical. Totally recommend you stop by at this location. ~Mark

Sam's Club Cafe

Been going here for a while now. Decent selection of food with really good prices. Very courteous and helpful lunchtime staff. Even when they get slammed with customers they do a great job of trying to keep up demand. Only complaint is wishing they had more salads. ~Christopher

Spectrum Store

Sunday 11.13.22 around 4:30 pm, I had a customer drop by this location as directed by customer service to show verification and proof of residency in order to activate their new internet and mobile line. It was only two store agents available to assist, as result we waited about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged and helped us. The lady who did assist was extremely RUDE, she did not have a name tag or badge so we didn't get her name, however, she kept expressing the store was closing in 10 minutes, didn't really try to help my client, while we were trying to explain what customer service advised us to do, she kept rudely cutting us off and saying she had to finish with the other customer in order to close at 5. We ended up leaving the store and calling customer service again and explained what happened at the store and they finally resolved the issue. It's unacceptable to be rude employee to employee, but what's more so saddened is to be rude and unprofessional in front of a customer -and - to put the icing on the cake, unprofessional and rude to the customer. I'm confident theirs no where in Spectrums store policy 10 minutes prior to closing to rudely boot customers out the door. After all, it's not the customer fault it was only 2 employee working on a WEEKEND and after a 20 minute wait it ended being close to the store closing hours. #takeyourreviewsserious #trainemployeesoncustomerserviceandprofessionalismwhiledealingwithcustomers ~Patricia

City Garage Auto Repair & Oil Change

Called on a whim near closing time to see if they could do an alignment on my car after we did some front end repairs. Spoke to Dave and he was awesome, said come on over. I got there and it took under an hour to get it done. The mechanics did a great job! We're very happy and now.... so is our car :) ~Marjolaine

India Bazaar

Nice and convenient place to buy Indian groceries and Indian food items. Also good place to look for utensils to cook Indian food. This is all about India stuff.. food ,utensils temple stuff and frozen stuff and vegetables and fruits. Try to also look for small eatery section at the start of the place. Nice to I've order and start shopping and pick it up when you are done with shopping. Nice way to eat and shop.its still ok place to get Indian groceries. Wish they had more offers to regular customers.!! ~Vinay

United States Postal Service

We have deliveries sent to our apartment that constantly state signature needed to take the package. First of all you never come to the door to get a signature I work from home and have never received a knock. So please enlighten me how we are supposed to sign off on a package if you just drop a ticket downstairs stating no one to sign off for this package. Are we supposed to magically know when you arrive and be downstairs at that exact moment you deliver? Otherwise every single time you leave the note then we have to go to the post office to pick it up which defeats the whole purpose of delivery. I don’t know who runs these operations but it is so poorly executed if you weren’t a government entity you would be out of business ~Dillon
