This location is so cute and lovely. Ethan makes your time there even better. With his knowledge of where everything is and what’s the best product FOR YOU. He asked me questions on what I look for in a game cause I was just looking for a new game and helped me find the perfect one. Stray. (A game where you get to be a cat.) the price was also well within my budget and it made for a great experience without me feeling like I was breaking the bank. It was magical. Totally recommend you stop by at this location.

I hadn't been in a GameStop in years until today when my son wanted to go. I was amazed by the selection at store, cleanliness, and layout. Stephanie provided top notch customer service from the time we entered until we left. We will be back to this store. I was really impressed.

Went in with my fiance, as was rudely grated by the employee who immediately asked us if we had masks. We are both vaccinated and informed him. He responded rudely that we had to wear one anyways. The law here states that businesses can't make anyone wear masks anymore. Didn't catch his name

Went to ones on round grove and main in Lewisville. Both were ran by very knowledgeable and friendly staff members who answered ALL my questions w/o any attitude or shortness of patience. Really like the service at both store and WILL b back to both of them for future help.

Its your standard GameStop with nice and at times overly helpful ppl. Their employees are knowledgeable AF! You'd be buying a game and you start wondering what games has this ONE employee NOT played. Lol The store is small but its well equipped.
