Poor customer service. They can never seem to find an order placed online. Long wait for a fast food places and no one cares. One if not the worst restaurants and employees. Absolutely hate coming here.

If I could give it o I would super unprofessional staff Especially the manager with the red hair! Super rude and only cares about smoking outside when inside and drive thru are slammed instead of managing!

Standard menu. Food was the norm you expect from this chain. Long line at the drive thru but not to had ofca wait.

Girlfriend and I ordered 2 separate orders because we each the app with different accounts. Rolled up in the same vehicle to grab the orders and the girl said they would only process one at a time and had to go all the way back around the drive thru to pick up the other one. Drive through and took an additional 5 minutes waiting in line to get the 2nd order. Ridiculous. Woiod have gone in but oh yeah, the dining room was completely closed.

Very allergic of tomatoes and they put them on my crunch wrap even after I modified my order. Also my burrito was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. The person in the window was rude and tried making us leave without our drinks we paid for because she was busy laughing about the car in front of me. Johnson city is way better

Beware, the dine-in hours are different than the drive-thru hours. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food is same as at any Taco Bell!
