I am new to exercising. I have been for about six months now. I just recently changed gyms to here and I couldn't be happier with it! There are what feels like countless machines weights, ellipticals, treadmills, and machines I would know where to begin to describe. When I first started I was offered a trainer. Who also works there. He walked me around showed me what machines did what, the proper way to use them and also a good idea on how to create my personal training plan. It helped me tremendously! I have nothing bad to say about this gym! Also it's CHEAP! $10 A month for the basic stuff. (All you need anyways) ~bradlee

Poor customer service. They can never seem to find an order placed online. Long wait for a fast food places and no one cares. One if not the worst restaurants and employees. Absolutely hate coming here. ~Kamran

There is a clear pattern of rudeness, arrogance and condescending attitude by the staff here at this CVS in Target as shown by the many similar complaints below. The Pharmacists themselves are very nice but the techs are polar opposite in attitude and temperament and it is a shame but also not worth dealing with when there are so man other choices. ~WMLA

I purchase online and pick up in the store. Very convenient including special close parking. If you choose to pick up your own items when in the store your earn a $5 store credit to use later. You then pick up from a shelf unit near customer service. I've also picked up from the counter and the staff are always very efficient and pleasant. I also pay my bill in person. ~NYBennie

I don’t remember her name but she was at the register around 2:09pm on 11/27. She is an excellent employee, very knowledgeable and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I work near this station so I often buy gas here after work, and I was extremely impressed with this employee. She deserves a raise! ~Ruth

I very happy with the service of this Mr. Tire location in Vestal NY. It's my go to store for my car. I especially like the Manager Patrick. He is excellent with customers and very knowledgeable about cars. He explains problems so you can understand what's going on and offers great advice. I was very disappointed with our experience. Our family was looking at furniture for 20-25 min and had some questions. There was staff all hanging out talking to each other. We were on our way out the door when someone at the service desk asked if we needed something. She was able to get a sales rep for us. We asked questions about some of the furniture we were looking at. Almost all the answer we got was "I'm not sure I'll look it up". 🤔 Also the selection of furniture colors were horrible. We were told we could order different colors but would be 8-10 months. So we went to a different furniture store and bought a living room set. We also ended up purchasing a very nice dinning room set unexpectedly. ~Brian

Questionable. Some staff and super sweet and some are nasty. It's hit and miss. I went to this store back in March to get a new phone and the employee set me up with one that had a back order for months. So, I tried to switch it to get a different phone. Well it's September and the situation hasn't been resolved. I've been in contact with At&t customer service and first net. And overall I needed a reversal upgrade to be done on my account *Mind you this was suppose to be resolved back in March* This store said they couldn't do it. I was instructed by a male and female from the store to go all the way to Binghamton to get this resolved. I get all the way to Binghamton and the lady at the store there stated the situation could've been taken care of back in Oneonta. I was told that by September 5th 2022 my account would be fixed for me to upgrade my phone. On September 6 I called customer service and the situation still hasn't been resolved. Honestly, it's pretty sad this could've been handle month ago. The fact that people in the store in oneonta aren't being helpful is unfortunate. The best part is...every time I go into this store, a sales person will offer help, I then tell them which one I'm looking for... they lead me on trying to sell me the phone then say, "I have to go in the back and check to see if we have it." Then they come out and say "We don't have it" multiple times this has happened to me. ~Mrs
