I very happy with the service of this Mr. Tire location in Vestal NY. It's my go to store for my car. I especially like the Manager Patrick. He is excellent with customers and very knowledgeable about cars. He explains problems so you can understand what's going on and offers great advice. Late on a Friday afternoon, traveling through the area, I called because I needed 4 tires (long story!). Patrick and his team were able to take me right in. Their customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. I particularly liked the detail they used in answering my questions. Bottom-line: if I lived in the area, this would be my go-to tire store.

Although the visit was great I do have a complaint. I applied for and was approved for your credit card. I tried to use it but the account number wouldn't go through. Apparently your internet is horrible and try as he might, your employee couldn't get the transaction to go through and after 15-20 minutes I had to use another card.

After dealing with a slow leak in one tire I decided to phone Mr.Tire for help. They took my Jeep in that day, and cleaned the corrosion on the rim, put the tire back on and all is well. Best part is that they did not charge me for the service. Happy customer 😁
