If I could leave zero stars I would… they ruined my daughter’s hair… I said only trim her hair and the stylist cut more than 4 inches off, it was so painful watching her blowout her hair, another stylist tried to fix it but it was too late at this point. We left with her hair super frizzy and without a shape. Besides all that the place is super dirty… don’t waste your time and find another salon.

I’ve been going to Reflections since they opened in their first location. Always professional, every time I’m thrilled with the quality of coloring & styling! I have to hand it to them for hanging in there through the craziness of covid. Since it started I’ve always had my temp taken, they have dividers between the chairs & masks are always on employees & customers. Just came from Reflections Hair Salon after getting a haircut. I realized walking out of the salon that I have had Pat/Patty/Patriciann Reisert cut my hair at three different places. I started at the hair salon in the Spotswood Shop Rite strip mall and then over at Rues Lane where she opened up her own salon. Fast forward to Main Street in Spotswood and there she is with a smile on her face during these tough times for small business owners. I had to call to be let in, had to fill out the covid 19 form with a pen that was sanitized TWICE before I could use it. Partitions are everywhere so I felt comfortable and safe. If you are looking for a place to go for your hair needs Reflections won't disappoint you.

Had my hair cut here for the first time today and couldn’t be happier. My last haircut was in early March (!) and it was becoming annoying, so I decided to try Reflections on my wife’s recommendation as she is a customer there. Patty was very accommodating and didn’t even flinch at the amount of work I presented her with. Reflections is the best-kept secret in N.J. I highly recommend Reflections, and especially Patty’s artistic ability to give you exactly the cut and styling you want. She is truly a master stylist and has mad skills. I went to Reflections about 4 years ago, and they were great. Since I moved very close to their new location I thought I would give them a try again. I really hesitated to leave this review because I know they are a struggling small business, but... The work that they do is really good. Haircut was spot on. The reason for the two stars.... they didn't adhere to Covid-19 as well as they should have. I went in with a wet head and left with a wet head on purpose, to avoid being in the salon any longer than a 15 minute hair cut... cause honestly I'm scared of catching it. There is a sign on the reception desk about taking my temp and being asked Covid questions... none was done. They had plastic up between the stations, so I guess that's ok... but they allowed people to sit in the waiting area, and two other's came in after me and still no temp and/or Covid questions. With cases being on the rise, and many of the clients being middle aged or older, if you want to stay afloat adhere.

Have been going to Reflections since it opened and is one of the best salons in the area. Prices are competitive but the results are fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone in the area -- and have already referred my family and friends.
