I'd give them negative stars if I could... Setting up the move was less than pleasant (they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING, charge you for more time than you need even when you tell them they're overestimating and are incredibly gruff on the phone) and while they're more than happy to have you sign their contact and pay electronically, they require that you mail a hard copy claim form when their movers destroy your property. Once you've mailed your form is when the fun starts.... they don't acknowledge receipt of the claim form until you follow up with them and then they'll tell you they couldn't access the pictures you emailed them two weeks ago. It took 6+ weeks for them to offer a measly $250 to compensate me for having a brand new refrigerator dented and scratched in multiple places, a $1,500 office chair scratched all over and storage tubs broken. They didn't even acknowledge that I had to hire someone to reassemble the headboard that their guys put together incorrectly. The justification on their offer of $250 was that I paid for the extra insurance and took the $1,000 deductible. This company is deplorable and completely unprofessional. BBB of NJ and NJ Department of Consumer Affairs, here I come!

I would recommend these movers. Moving is so stressful. I had to change my moving date 3 times. All Jersey was so accommodating. From Bob the salesman and Cheryl in customer service and the crew that moved us I cannot thank them enough. If you are moving this is the company for you.

The movers were very good at handling my items and communicating with each other which I think is very important. They always triple checked with me when asking me where I wanted my things placed. I initially spoke with Gabriel, he was nice, accommodating, and did not all mind the numerous calls, I made to him, with questions & concerns Cheryl was my second contact person at All Jersey, and she was simply wonderful to work with. The best part, the movers they assigned to my job, Josh, Eric(k), & Darius, were beyond exemplary. As soon as they arrived they put my mind at ease, especially josh, that they were an excellent crew and would handle my move with care, quality, & and mostly professionalism. By the end of the move they lived up to their words. Not only did they move all the items in my listed itinerary, they also moved several additional boxes, I did not list. This was the first time I had used movers, and I was nervous about it being expensive and stressful. All Jersey Movers was AMAZING - Gabriel helped me get set up and walked me through it all. I had two pickup locations, and a piano to move, but all went super smoothly. The movers - Josh, Lawrence, and Darius - were SO fast, but also extremely careful and professional. They also helped me put things in the garage for bulky trash pickup I couldn't do on my own. We finished under the estimated time, and I paid cash and got 5% off. Highly recommend.

Nate and his crew did an amazing job. I was moving all my stuff into temporary storage in my mother's garage and basement. They were able to pack my furniture into a very confined space so that everything fit and did so being very careful not to damage my house i had just sold, my mother's place, and my furniture. They were very professional, fast and detail oriented. I would highly recommend them!
