The pizza was very thin and dull looking. The pizza on display that they cooked look days old. I tried the penne vodka pizza and it was way too cheesy! Overall, an inadequate experience. Only giving two stars because the customer service was average and the pizza was made pretty fast. The staff looked depressed and they didn’t put a smile on their face to welcome us.

Always delivered w food still hot .The family here is wonderful and always w a smile.I've been w them for over 6 yrs on a weekly basis whether delivered or dining w family and we leave feeling loved. (plus its clean, very clean) Love this family run place...To the chef ...you rock !

The pizza here isn't bad. I've definitely had better and worse. Pizza slices are generous. I have not yet tried their dishes. The dining area is roomy and clean. They are well staffed and offer delivery service. For a standard pizzeria in New Jersey, their prices for both pizza and dishes are quite a bit higher than their competitors. For example the premium slices are $3.75. This is by no means an upscale restaurant/pizzeria.

It's always a pleasure dining at Gennaro's, regardless of management or chefs because since Day One Gennaro's has been terrific! We first dined in Gennaro's in 1986, I believe, about when they first opened. The food then was delicious and today it's fantastic! Never was unhappy with service or cost, you get your money's worth with every menu item. The décor has changed over the years but everything else has just improved. I recommend Gennaro's to anyone who likes Italian cuisine. And many thanks to the owners and staff at Gennaro's! Good job!! Carry-on!

Awesome pizza joint. Tried the chicken bacon, pepperoni and the onion and sausage slices. Reasonable price and awesome taste. The pepperoni is the best of all.
