Great dining experience. Had planned to dine in Asbury Park on a Friday evening but passed Pagaon's on the way and recalled how great previous meals had been there. All the food was great, but the Branzino was by far the best. One of the best seafood dishes I've ever had. The franchese sampler (veal, chicken and flounder) was also very flavorful and filling. Will definitely be returning here more regularly.

Authentic Italian food and being a vegetarian we had to inform them to remove the ones you don’t eat.If you want to try the original Italian Pizza this is the place.Overall extremely satisfied with the food and service offered by Cristina.

My wife and I came in the other day for a nice meal after a day at the beach. The food was delicious however I'm not sure what was going on in the background but all my wife and I could hear was a male server cursing outrageously. I won't state what the curse words were, but they were very offensive to my wife and I. I would love to give this restaurant 5 stars but due to the cursing outbursts I will only give it 1 star. We will not be returning.

Love the happy hour here. Extensive happy hour menu and the food is awesome. Tiki bar out back during warmer months not well advertised is a good spot for a cocktails and more. The $5.00 happy hour penne with vodka sauce is a steal. Clams oreganta are amazing. Get some bread to soak up the oily (in a good way), garlicky, lemony sauce. Service is casual and friendly.

This was some of the best food I've had in a long time. I think my favorite dish was the tortellini. It was absolutely to die for and I would absolutely order it every Friday if I could. The chicken was really good, as well as the atmosphere. I don't think I could name a better Italian place down the shore than here.

Delicious cuisine. Simple but lovely restaurant with a fantastic menu. We shared small plates and entrees. Everything was fantastic.

Best bar Menu Anywhere and longest available hours. No place offers as much as this. Huge bar menu, available 7 days a week even in the summer. Fabulous, delicious, great local vibe too. I plan to eat my way through the whole bar menu. Every dish that came out looked great. We were checking out our neighbors choices and they were checking out ours. Wonderful bartenders, very friendly and attentive. My expresso martini was ice cold and delicious. My hunny had a bottle of wine and we sampled several apps. Plan to come back Sunday, (Bar menu available all day!) Check it out, you will not be disappointed. Great crowd, very local and not rowdy 20 somethings.
