Had an amazing experience here! I got a manicure and pedicure. Manicure was $15 and pedicure was $30 which was a great price. The manicure was average, still better than I can do at home and very fast/efficient work for a great price. The PEDICURE THOUGH!! wow is all I can say. Kathy was who did mine(she had awesome blue hair). first my toenails look literally perfect, second she was so attentive and careful(best foot massage of my life). Overall just a wonderful experience, great price super attentive but also efficient work! I will definitely be coming here again. Services: Foot massage, Pedicures, Manicures

What a fantastic place! I had passed so many times, but when my previous nail salon shuddered it prompted my visit and has now spoiled me for any other pedicures. The longest, most luxurious foot message prefaced my pedicure...along with delightful warm neck pillows and a lovely neck massage. And what friendly and professional staff -- Michelle is terrific! Thank you. And to top it off, my toes look lovely! Look forward to returning Services: Foot massage, Pedicures, Back massage

I had a great experience there. Nice place: zen as it says. Massage, pedicure is great, manicure too. My problem there is that the hand nails polish is gone 2 days after! I went back 4 days after the 1st manicure. And I just removed the polish because it was all gone 2 days after the 2nd manicure! So: good experience there but polish doesn't last. I don't know why!

I’ve been here a few times since moving to Hopewell and had great experiences both times. My pedicure wasn’t rushed, they use the liners in the tubs, very friendly staff and they made my 6 year old daughter feel like a queen! We both had a great time and it wasn’t crowded (but we made an apt anyways) which I also loved. Will be going back soon.

SO AWESOME. Took my 4yo here for her first nail salon exp hoping that she would not be too bored while I got my toes done. SHE WAS THRILLED, they were so good with her and so kind. She is a VERY shy little girl and by the end these ladies had her talking and enjoying herself. She was smitten with her nails and was well looked after while they did my pedi. Love this little salon and will be visiting often now that I know they are so welcoming to little people.

I want to like this place, but they *have* to stop with the upselling. I was warming up again after being turned off by pedicure upselling over a year ago, but then two things happened in the last six months: 1) a pedicure took so long that I had to leave and come back the next day to finish, and 2) I was pressured into a gel manicure after saying I wanted a regular manicure (was told ‘this isn’t like the old gel,’ etc). Now weeks after, my nails are nasty and brittle, same as after my last gel manicure, 5 years ago when I first swore them off. Granted, I should have asserted myself and my wishes better, but I’m not a nail salon regular, and I try to be easy going and reasonable. I feel that this approach is taken advantage of. I prefer to not get my nails rather than negotiate the dynamic at Zen where the atmosphere is so variable and generally high strung.

I had a horrible experience here today. Got a call about a last minute job interview and needed to have some leftover gel polish removed and a quick manicure done. I told them when I walked in that I had some gel polish that needed to be removed and they said ok. I tried to explain this to the woman doing my nails two times and she still wouldn't remove it. She just painted right over it! Not only that, but the manicure itself was horrendous. Polish is all bumpy/uneven and my nails are so jagged that they keep catching on everything. By far the WORST nail salon experience that I've ever had. Avoid this place like the plague.

I went there yesterday with my 4 and 2 yr old gals. I wanted them to have a first time nail spa exp.. I am glad I picked Zen for their first. They both had a wonderful first exp.. all the technicians at Zen took extra care to make sure my gals get all the attention they need and catered to all their needs happily.. needless to say, I got my nails done easily while they babysat my kids.. I would go their again for sure.

I took my young daughter here recently for a pedicure and they were just wonderful with her (and I thoroughly enjoyed myself too). The lady who did her pedicure was so kind and really went out of her way to make her feel special, even taking a Polaroid of her that she was able to keep. I was so impressed with the decor, the professionalism and especially how nice and sincere everyone was. I highly recommend Zen!
