After today's delivery , I am left with a very bad taste in my mouth . Despite repeated requests at time of pick-up to label where the contents of the box came from , as the items were being split between an upstairs bedroom and a garage . Almost none of the boxes were labeled , resulting in bedroom items being buried under three levels of more unlabeled boxes , and items meant for the garage were delivered to the bedroom. So now I have to spend days going through every box to find my missing bedroom items , and then return garage items . Overall , I am very dissatisfied with Fragile moving service. Robert Connelly

They left more than 25% of our home behind, demanded thousands more under the table, knowing we had no choice being strapped for time. They Stored our furniture in a non temperature controlled unit for 3 months at $700 a month! And ALL OF OUR FURNITURE arrived broken and covered in mold!!!! We have been asked to resubmit our extensive claim 6 times! It’s been an absolute nightmare. We paid over $14,000.00 to lose over $30,000 in furniture. And they are very flippant on the phone. Today I was informed by the third party claims agent that fragile moving denies these claims and drags them out on purpose. I am trying to find who they are insured by, to file a liability claim. But It’s been a nightmare. We will never use Fragile moving or New leaf moving company who knowingly subcontracted these criminals. It’s 3 months later, daily trying to get answers. So by The end of January, if we are not reimbursed and restored, we are suing NEW LEAF, and FRAGILE. The attorney firm has enough to burn both companies for hurting so many people. We are also informing the military commands to blacklist their services.

It should be considered false advertising to use the word "fragile" in their name. Over 40K worth of stuff damaged, and that doesn't include them upping my price after my stuff was loaded and threatening to keep it if I didn't produce cash immediately. I signed the paperwork for full replacement value insurance and paid for it, yet they never provided me with the name of the insurance company, rather they sent me to some 3rd party claim company. I have the DOT from PA/NJ and at a Fed level looking into this operation, it has been discovered that they are operating illegally. They will not acknowledge my multiple emails or my attorneys emails in regards to the damages. Also, when referencing the illegal paperwork, I was referencing the fact that you forged my signature on some of the documents you provided to your 3rd party claims company. You do realize forgery is a criminal offense don't you? Notice that all the images of things being wrapped well were posted by the owner. Take a look at the image with the ATV’s stacked on top of each other, behind them is an unwrapped desk.

Well, I am happy to announce that our story has a happy ending. Our extensive research and scrutiny paid off. FRAGILE MOVING INCORPORATED eased our fears and assured us that we would not be disappointed. Their team of experts picked up, disassembled, wrapped and provided us with a complete inventory. We were pleasantly surprised when we received the notification letting us know that our MOVERS were arriving as expected. Once again, our furniture was assembled and placed where indicated. We would definitely recommend their services to our friends and family! Kudos to Fragile Moving and their team! A+!

Fragile Moving has helped me with one of the biggest movings of my life , the prices are phenomenal and the quality is amazing . The workers are neat and careful. All my furniture and personal belongings were taken care of and organized, this is one of the best companies I have worked with and I’ve moved 7 times as a 63 year old woman I have experienced a lot of things and fragile moving was one of the best , I totally recommend

Not trustworthy. Do not use this company unless you have a lot of extra money for extra unexpected fees. Unfortunately I had no choice because I started with a third party moving specialist who contracted with this company. Fragile Moving tacked on then double-charged me additional fees (quoted a "long carry" even though they basically used dollies to roll my boxes down a hallway and use an elevator, taking them minimal time and effort), lost (possibly stole) one of my boxes (the contents of which which I stupidly allowed to be visible on the outside of the box), and was evasive then eventually unresponsive when I contacted them about finding my box. Additionally: 1) They are not very organized or reliable with delivery dates/times and gave me less than 24 hours (closer to 12 hours) notice each time; 2) They are not particularly gentle with freight, and I ended up with multiple broken boxes; 3) They hold your belongings hostage until you agree to pay whatever extra fee they decide to charge you that day.
