My son had all four of his wisdom teeth extracted this morning. I dropped of his prescription with the pharmacist who told me the medication would be ready to be picked up in two hours. The pharmacist was very nice and professional. When I returned two hours later to pick up his prescription, the elderly lady working the drive through told me that the prescription would not be ready for an additional two hours. I told her my son had all four of his wisdom teeth surgically extracted this morning and he is in pain. She was rude and repeated the prescription will be ready at 2:00 pm.. He had his teeth extracted at 8:00 am! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CVS AGAIN, AND I WILL SHARE MY EXPERIANCE WITH MY FREINDS AND FAMILY!

Worst CVS location in the district. Managers hate their lives and take it out on customers. STEVE decided to harass me and got in my face while I was getting help from another associate about the pharmacy hours. When I asked him to back away from me and walk away he say “this is my store I ain’t gotta go no where” he proceeded to try and intimidate me buffing his chest and looking down on me with nasty looks. when I ask for the corporate number to report his behavior he refused, gave me fake numbers, and proceeded to call the police on me for “causing a disturbance” when he instigated the entire interaction. He definitely got a piece of my mind. He even went out his way to prevent the associate from assisting me. I had the district managers personal number for situations like this because they happen far too often but lost track of it. They are unprofessional and beyond rude. Store also never has enough money for cash back. It’s been almost 2 months and the same signs are up. I will start recording Everytime I go because this can not continue to go on. He’s been reported before

If you’re in a lot of pain and you really need your prescriptions don’t go here. Takes a full 24 hours of waiting, multiple phone calls, 2 visits and one short conversation with a snotty pharmacist to get anything you need

Was scheduled for my booster and they canceled my appointment 30mins before hand when I had scheduled it almost 2 weeks in advanced. Had to sacrifice my vacation time and now I cannot get the booster for another few weeks. Not happy, would give 0 stars if possible.

The staff at this CVS pharmacy deserve 5 stars. The one star is for CVS Health Corp who CLEARLY does not care about their employees (and customers) at this pharmacy. The employees are totally understaffed, which makes it impossible for these overworked, dedicated employees to get prescriptions out in a reasonable amount of time. CVS, please help your employees and your customers by hiring more folks.

I am not very happy with this cvs pharmacy right now. I dropped off prescription at 630p. Would be ready in 30 min. He wrote down insurance info. I went home returned without card, they didnt have ins. Info, went back home, got card, asked where info was and he said he had written on prescription and forgot to input. It cost more than we were expecting.. we were expecting a zero co pay. Then I got home and no prescription card. Called back , said it was in bag, it was not, by this time they were closed. So 1 prescription took me 3 trips and 90 minutes to get filled and a lot of frustration and a missing card. Save your self trouble dont go here.

My visit was only for a Covid test. We set up an appointment online. We pulled into the drive-thru at the appointment time and they confirmed the personal info to verify the patient. After a few minutes, the pharmacist put a test kit through the push drawer. I swabbed the nostrils and finished the self-test process as instructed by the pharmacist. Very efficient all the way through. Just need to wait for the results. I recommend this place and they don't charge self-pay like some of the urgent care facilities.

After waiting on hold for 25 mins for the Central Dr. location, I called the Pipeline location to see if they’d answer. Michelle answered in less than a few minutes and was able to set up my prescription refills and get my refill done in less than 10 minutes! She was also all by herself! Very impressed and I hope this CVS works out a lot better than the one on Central!

To be honest, I don't care for CVS since I usually have awful experiences with them, but my insurance uses them. However, when I called them for a prescription that another CVS botched, Tristan, and later, Lesley, were both extremely helpful! I'm so grateful that I finally found one with good people!
