When it is time for me to fill a prescription I always get a text message that asks me if I would like to refill them. There are some medications that I receive that I have to call and verbally order myself. I called East Liverpool Walmart Pharmacy & I was asking the associate, Nicole, the reason for that and she started to get upset. I asked her just to refill all of them then, she said I can’t do that either. I said can you at least tell me what prescriptions are fillable and she told me that she was unable to tell me the medications that are in my file. Please tell me how that makes sense, being that it’s my own medical file. She proceeds to shout over me until she unexpectedly just hangs up on me and puts me on hold for the next associate to deal with me. She has no manners, and was extremely unprofessional.

Aweful customer service...without Cymbalta until possibly Tuesday. They could have tried a dozen different things to help. Young lady in the Pharmacy said "It's not my problem"...I will not go in there again
