I would give a zero star if I could. Tried to use bp rewards for 15 cents off gas, cashier did not know how to do it. Are the employees even trained? Called back to talk to manager, got the same untrained employee. She got rude and hung up on us. Never going there again. Poor service. Very bad service. ~Tina

I filled my prescription 3 days prior to picking it up. I was told it wasn’t ready and to come back in an hour. When I returned my prescription was ready but the pharmacist hadn’t checked it was told they were on lunch and would be back in 20 minutes. After 15 minutes waiting in line to talk to someone twice they tell me this. All they do is put a sticker on the bottle that the prescription is sent to them in why does it take one and a half hours and two trips to the pharmacy to get a prescription that all they do to prepare it is put a sticker on a bottle. It’s time to switch pharmacies. ~David

When it is time for me to fill a prescription I always get a text message that asks me if I would like to refill them. There are some medications that I receive that I have to call and verbally order myself. I called East Liverpool Walmart Pharmacy & I was asking the associate, Nicole, the reason for that and she started to get upset. I asked her just to refill all of them then, she said I can’t do that either. I said can you at least tell me what prescriptions are fillable and she told me that she was unable to tell me the medications that are in my file. Please tell me how that makes sense, being that it’s my own medical file. She proceeds to shout over me until she unexpectedly just hangs up on me and puts me on hold for the next associate to deal with me. She has no manners, and was extremely unprofessional. ~Lindsay

Terrible experience never before have I dealt with such unprofessional people! I will never recommend this place to anybody ever. Something that should of been an easy experience turned out with nothing but problems and extra hidden costs. ~Cimberly
