So I went to one of their photo kiosks to blow up a picture that I took of my mother’s dog. It was supposed to be ready the next day so I took the slip and left. I get a call from a woman the next day saying my photo looks professionally done and I have to prove to her how I took it. I said, yeah I took it with a good camera and used professional software to edit it. She said well you need a video or proof you took this. Even though it was my photo, because I didn’t take video proof of me creating it, they can’t make it. Stay far away from this place. And if your good at photography they won’t print your photos because they look too good. Even if you created it yourself! I went to another place and they made the same product, no questions asked. While I was in line I actually also heard one of the people who worked there saying the same thing to another customer. “We can’t release these photos to you because they just look too good” I’ll never go to this wal mart ever again. I will also tell anyone I come across to stear clear as well. I would give the photo department at the Amherst Walmart a 0 but unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star.

I do all of my photo processing here: 1 hr photo, Christmas photo cards. The quality is good but the service can be slow and often you have to wait for someone to come back to the desk or, at Christmas time, suffer long lines.
