Bought a printer, then found out they don’t carry the usb printer cable required. Front bathroom was dirty and too small for a store this size, with the number of shoppers it supports. Location of the jewelry area not obvious, and took too long to find. Staff, when asked for help, professed to not speak, nor understand, English. No law against this, but shouldn’t they have a rudimentary level of proficiency in the prevailing language of the area?

I went to this store for a 300 dollar pickup order. The staff member who brought my order was great and they were pretty quick compared to the other Walmart I went to. I got home and my order was missing 2 items. It was a large order so I can see how it could happen but it was disappointing and trying to find how to get a refund on those items in the app was not straightforward. I did get a refund for those items but now I had to reorder them and I needed both items.

they're the closest and only location within an hour of me, and they still offer products on rollback; for these reasons alone I feel obligated to give five stars. In all honesty you will probably have to wait in line for a bit, but such is the case almost anywhere in the area, and the staff has always been very pleasant. As far as nationwide Walmart's go... you could do much, much worse.

This Walmart is clean with good service. We usually order our groceries online and drive in to have it packed in the car. This service is always fast and efficient and they pick out really good stuff and good substitutions if needed.

Went to self checkout to pay, finished scanning and getting ready to leave and got stopped and questioned about my own PERSONAL purse that's clearly been SUPER used. Maybe instead of attacking the little guy who can barely afford what all I did buy, focus on getting ACTUAL cashiers to ring people out. I can't believe I got accused of STEALING my own bag!! How gross. Shame on you and your employees walmart. Not going back!

Only one person working at the grocery pickup. Poor guy is totally exhausted from the 95+ degree heat, dozens of cars waiting in line. Hire more people or you’ll probably also lose the only guy who shows up. Pro tip to Walmart managers: A proper living wage is a good start when looking for employees.

I placed an online order for delivery via the Walmart app, 24 hours ago. The order was scheduled for delivery 5-6 p.m. I was notified that there was a “Mis-scan” when I called customer service at 7p.m, the associate said the driver was headed back to the store. The app shows the status of the order going between a delivered and an arrived status and shows the driver’s location here at the delivery destination.I have been calling the store, selecting every option, trying to get in touch with an associate who can provide assistance and no one answers the phone! I even called Walmart.con customer service and they could not get an answer on the phone at this location either.The store is now closed and I am still without my $200 grocery order. No one has reached out via text update or email with an answer for what happened with this order. Who knows what the quality of the groceries will be given that it was supposed to be delivered 6 hours ago!

Finally an associate said they will make sure someone reaches out but it seemed they were busy chit chatting for quite a bit and I didn’t see any message being communicated. Someone in electronics told the photo associates are on bathroom break for next hour at 2.30 pm. The area was disorganised and at the front they said probably the photos wont happen today since the pallets need to be moved.

Savings on the price of goods shouldn't be so painful and timewasting. 2 checkouts with live cashiers all with people who have shopping carts packed all lined up like a Russian convoy stalled at the front in Ukraine, yet there are dozens of "Self-Checkout" (conscripting consumers as labor) for all the lemmings who shop there religiously and are already fully indoctrinated into mindless obedience to Corporate Autocratic authority.

Does Walmart is very well organized. The customer service is great. Usually takes a while to find somebody to unlock the game section, but it only took a few minutes. All around a great place.
