Didn't have a big as a selection as I'd expected. When online I narrowed down the search to in store stock, but there wasn't as many options in thr actual store. I was offered assistance when I walked in by one of the associates who was checking out another customer at the register, but after that no one who worked there asked if I needed any help. Most of thr mirrors are short, and the only full length ones I could have mostly had an outlet on one side. The location was clean and quiet.

Excluding this store, I have never had a bad experience with this company. I am a loyal customer and frequent multiple stores around Houston. What I will never do again is set foot in this location again. While in the store I ordered two pairs of shoes for my father a week ago for Christmas. I explained I wanted to do an in-store pick-up. The manager, who originally didn't even want to check and see if the sizes were available, had an employee place my order after I confirmed (via the Famous Footwear app)that the company did indeed carry the sizes I needed. I recieved an email several days later saying the order had arrived. The Fed Ex driver had someone sign for it, the driver even called me to confirm the store location. Today, I call to inform them my father would be buy to pick up his shoes. The manager says they never recieved my order. I ask how so when there was a email, signature and a phone call from Fed Ex. She dismissively tells me to call a customer service number. I ask what is the protocol if my package is somehow lost. How can the company and or store rectify the issue? She then says to call the customer service number. This manager cares nothing about her customers. She was dismissive to me and to my father. I strongly caution anyone who is considering spending their hard earned money at THIS location. I, along with my loved ones, shant partake in the unprofessional and lack luster service this store provided.

I have come to this location a few times. My daughter and I popped in on a whim and she found a pair of timberland boots on the sale rack in her size. She got excited and told me that she and her brother wanted them for christmas. I didnt buy them then. I waited. A week later, I could not find them anywhere. On a longshot, I called and was told that the boots were still there. So they held them for me. When I got there, I wanted a buy one get one half off for my daughter and son. The ones for my son were different. They told me if he wanted the pair like his sister's, we could bring them back. The catch was that they would have to order them online and ship to our home. So, christmas came and my son wanted the other ones. He went to another famous footwear and they told him he couldnt do the exchange, so he went to this location. They exchanged the boots and he got them 2 days later. This location is AWESOME at customer service!

The only drawback is that some shoes are not sold in store in half sizes, which can be an inconvenience...sometimes a huge inconvenience. Other than this, the site is nice. The staff always greets you as you walk in and are always ready to assist you in your shopping.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Employee by the name of Joseph went around telling customers to put their shoe boxes back. Then reminded customers one by one what time the store closed. There was not an announcement made he made a point to tell everyone every 5 mins. beginning at 8:30pm He then cursed at me in front of my children after I expressed my frustration that we were having to leave at 8:55 pm because apparently" the registers turn off at 8:55 pm." Really? The sign on the door says 9p.m. to which he responded "yes, but we have to leave by 9:00 and we have other things we need to do." I am sorry sir that is not my problem. We had 3 boxes of shoes we were ready to purchase and we left because of Joseph. We will not be back.
