Wow!...I should have read the reviews. After finally being seen, the nurse was great. The practitioner doesn't treat swollen glans (sore throat) that I've had for days. Explaining he didn't have time to run a test and that I needed to see a doctor. What?? I did receive a negative Covid test which I told him I knew I didn't have. When I removed my mask to ask if I was wasting my time here he asked me to put it back on. YOU JUST SAID I'M NEGATIVE!

They clearly don’t know what they’re doing here: Got a text to come in within 30 minutes to be seen at 1:01pm. I show up at 1:12pm and begin waiting. I then get told at 1:35 they’re going on break and will be back in an hour. Meanwhile only 1 of the nurses are actually seeing patients. Then a lady who checked in after me was being seen before me. Was told I had to come back at 2:30. Wouldn’t come here again if it wasn’t the only option given the scenario. Not only the inconvenience, but on top of that my diagnosis was a viral infection and was prescribed some pain killers. Went to the local urgency care and they diagnosed me with bronchitis and gave me the proper medicine I need for that. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to a real establishment so you don’t pay twice like me.

Avoid avoid avoid. We set an appointment online and arrived on time. The two nurses just sat inside the clinic and chatted and opened mail while my sick wife and I waited patiently outside. Finally after 20 min I asked if they were ready. They said just a moment and proceeded to have us wait another 15 minutes. There were no other patients so it was confusing and also frustrating. Once inside the nurse asked a couple questions and prescribed an anti hystamine. My wife had the flu for 10 days not an allergy....The cost was $149. Total waste

Absolutely incompetent nurse practitioner! I went in and explained I had a sinus infection. Told them what I was taking and that my primary care provider typically treats these in a specific manner. I was scheduled to fly to Iraq the following day and needed to get started on antibiotics ASAP. My primary care doctor was on vacation and the doctor handling his patients had no availability is the only reason I even entertained this. Would probably go see a drunken veterinarian before I went to see these guys. As a result I had to goto another urgent care and seek proper treatment after leaving here. The doctor at the urgent care found it laughable that a nurse practitioner couldn’t correctly diagnose the sinus infection and recommend treatment.

I went when it opened and the computer was down and no one could sign in. I left and scheduled an appointment online and came back at my scheduled time and after waiting an hour they told me it would be another 1 1/2 hours. Service used to be ok, but last two times appalling, will do my best to never use a minute clinic again. They have zero respect for your time. This is where you go if you want to waste an entire day and have a 50% chance of resolving your issue.

Told them I had asthma and my colds are never a common cold... not with asthma. I told them I needed prednisone to treat the asthma that will flare up (I've had asthma all my life) and the NP said she didn't think so. One day later I'm non-stop coughing and guess what, wheezing (this is asthma). I can't get a hold of the NP through any means and was told I would need to go in again (another $40 copay) for a re-check. Will never return again.

Great, friendly service. The nurse practitioner is very sweet and helpful. The wait was a bit long but you have to understand that she’s the only one there so you can’t really be mad.

My visit it was really hard to tell how knowledgeable he nurse practitioner was. I have what appears to be an insect bite near my eye that has caused distinct swelling under my eye. Due to the location, I felt an antibiotic was called for (no apparent opening to the bite), which she prescribed, agreeing with me that this was the best course of action. The problem is the antibiotic caused extreme diarrhea (each pill I took it got worse, I only took 3), to the point I was kept up all night running into the restroom every ten minutes. I called the number, you get CVS and once you select the clinic, it switches to a corporate number. I called at the ver start of the clinic hours and had to wait on hold for nearly a half an hour to speak to a customer care representative. I explained what was going on and expressed that I would like a different antibiotic. She said she would send a note to the NP and I should get a call back as soon as she finished with her current patient. She also told me I should discontinue use of my current prescription until speaking with the NP (prescribed 4 times daily). I had no plans to continue the medication, I could not deal with the side effects. But this call took place at 9 this AM (by the time I actually got to speak to someone) and it is now midnight and I have heard absolutely nothing. I did call the pharmacy to check to see if I had a different prescription, nothing there either. Get your money, and tough luck if you have an adverse reaction to the medication. Will never go there again. Went only because it was a weekend.

I've never left a doctor office feeling worse than when I came in. Student doctor was allowed to run flu test. Swabbing for flu test caused intense pain and worst nose bleed ever. I've never had such a bad experience taking flu test. The test came back negative and they prescribed flu medicine anyways. When I asked for antibiotic because only person sick around me as of late had something bacterial, they shrugged me off. They didn't even seem to care about the intense nose bleed they caused where I fell to the floor in pain and crying. Traumatized and I'll never go again.

Always prefer going to the CVS minute clinic! The nurse practitioner is super thorough and knowledgeable ! My family has been there many times over the past 3-4 years! I have never had a bad experience! Your in and your out! Sometimes a few people in front of you but it's never been longer than a wait at my normal Dr office!
