Of probably 2 of the15+ times I have gone to this store, I have had a pleasant interaction with the staff. Most of the time they seem annoyed or generally unpleasant, even while greeting me upon arrival. I don't agree with other reviewers that it is a race issue, as I am white and get the exact treatment (or lack there of) as the others who have noticed this unprofessional behavior; however its disappointing regardless. More and more I have felt the prices are hardly a deal and it no longer feels worth it to make the trip. I hope they compensate sellers handsomely because, unless it's a sale day, the prices are comparable to buying the same items new. Lastly, I imagine there are quite a few parents coming in with strollers and the set up of the store is not so stroller friendly.

I have tried to give this store chance after chance. They’re more convenient than Once Upon A Child as I live in the neighborhood. I don’t like to play the race card however, they do not seem to like having black customers. Each time I have been to the register, I try to make small conversation and they all seem irritated and give the cold shoulder. I got bad vibes during my first visit but brushed it off as maybe I am being too sensitive. I have been back at least 4 more times. Same vibe and other times I was not greeted at all. After reading the reviews and seeing another customer review getting the same vibes from them, I now know that I am not imagining things. I will not be back. Sorry that I own in your neighborhood and wanted to support a local business. I’ll stick to once upon a child where my kind is welcome. :) Since I can’t respond to the owner, I’ll edit my review. Several other people have had the same complaint about this location. That’s clear if you read the other reviews that you have also responded to. Everyone isn’t lying. We’re not playing victim. Be appalled that you’re not hiding your racism well enough and do better.

I love this place! Every time I go I find so much great quality boutique clothes for my little ones. I go at least 3 times a month!!

Sold there for the first time today and definitely won’t be going back. The lady was very rude when I walked in, and the employees were chatting and taking forever. Also the fact that the cash offer is lower than the store credit offer is messed up. I’ll be sticking to Once Upon a Child from now on.

I almost never leave bad reviews, because small businesses deserve some grace, but this deserves one star. Upon bringing in my daughter’s mostly NEVER WORN infant clothing because she outgrew them in a few weeks, the woman at the counter had the WORST attitude and without even looking at the clothes said she can’t take most of them because they aren’t name brand?! These weren’t Walmart clothes, not that that should even matter. They were mostly Children’s Place, Nike, and Carter’s. What kind of name brand clothing are you supposedly looking for?? Gucci?! Ridiculous customer service. If you didn’t want to interact with specific customers just say that! Donated about $500 worth of baby clothes to Goodwill instead.

I visited this store about a week ago to sell some stuff my daughter out grew. There were 3 ladies at the counter talking when I approached it none of the ladies looked up nor did they greet me. I said excuse me where do I sign in no one looked up or answered. It wasn’t until my older daughter whom I had with me said their customer service is bad is when the younger lady with glasses on assisted me. I get that a lot in this area I guess that’s the results of being African American let me rephrase that being black in a mostly white area gets you smh,

Had the most humiliating experience ever in the store. The old lady owner with the glasses confronted me with the most ghastly attitude. She humiliated me and belittled me simply for going to the store several times a week to check for new items. 80 percent of the time I make purchases. I had over 100 in store credit and it's gone so it's apparent that I made purchases frequently . She spoke to me as if I were a child and in her words " you come in here everyday and never buy anything so what are you looking for ". I was astounded at what she was obviously eluding to . Just because I was of other ethnicity she made assumptions . She did this in front of customers and employers. I then explained to her that I go to the gym everyday in the same shopping center and drop by the store after too see if there was anything new.. There has been countless times I have visited the store and saw the different tones she spoke to customers of other ethnicity. Her employee with the red curly hair gave me the most repulsive looks as I browsed through the clothes.. This was the most appalling encounter with a business owner and will never go back to this establishment. She clearly is uneducated and I will post this experience on my personal and business social media platforms and local mom groups I am affiliated with . *Trust me the way I was approached and spoken to was not you trying to help me in anyway. The absolute worst customer service ever . When I told the owner about how I visit the store after I go to.the gym she gave me the most repulsive look and said "yeah " ..

wife and i gave them another try and the woman who helped me with the black T-shirt and pony tial was great didn’t see the guys so that was good and made my wife happy but the clothes we got were great for the kids and cheap too so i was okay with the extra money spent on some toys that were new i promise the clothes we got were surprisingly nice and we will keep shopping there since my wife is happy with them now much better than my first visit so they must have new management or something i don’t know but the best customer service I’ve ever seen

Didn't really care for it much I think I will stick to what I know. Got a couple things out of there but I was looking for more. Nobody asked if I needed help till I was done shopping. I also didn't like how they had no baskets to push, but did have a pally area. I might be back for there black Friday depending on my other stores. Update went back in to return somethings that I didn't like the way they fit my little girl and they only offer store credit with a receipt I WANT BE BACK IN THERE.
