Good store for kids clothes. They have wide array of cloths suitable for all age of children. Most of the times they will be having sales going on.The prices are reasonable. This showroom is actually big with different areas based on the age and gender.

I bought a pair of pants for $11.99 at this location yesterday. I came home and got on the website to look for some other items that I couldn’t find. That’s when I noticed that the exact same pants online were only $8! I know that’s only a few dollars, but I felt ripped off. I assume that the price was the same in all stores and not this particular location, so I’ll probably only shop online from now on. I’m glad I didn’t buy more yesterday.

I love the children place but this location was totally a discrace. I walked in made eye contact with everyone in the store which was 2 young ladies neither of them spoke to me I continued to shop in the area they were in never said a word. I already knew I was not going to spend my money there. They really should be grateful considering the circumstances but I will never shop here again and I will tell everyone I know how rude the staff is at this location horrible customer service

I absolutely love shopping this company online but I picked up in store and it was chaos. It was super cluttered, and the cashier was way too slow. A stock person had to come assist with cashiering because the line was getting ridiculous and there was no place to go. Next time I'll wait for shipping to my house.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I have never in my life experienced the type of discrimination I did at this establishment. I'm sure other Children's places don't act like this but I promise, I will never return to this outlet in Allen Ever again. After sifting through the clothes that were just thrown around in apparently no order and finally finding things that would fit my daughter, my husband and I were told to stand in the line that was apparently for minorities. Seeing as all the white people were allowed to check out in the line on the other side of the store. But when myself and my husband and several others of other races tried to check out of the other line, the man working told us to go to the back of the line on the Other side of the store.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and all I got were stares. No welcome to children's place or anything. After being stared at for so long I spoke and asked for my package. Took them forever to look for my pick up order that was supposed to be ready, but was not filled. Turned out that the shirt was actually in store and my other item wasn't even available. What's the purpose of doing same day pick up, if the merchandise isn't even available the next day. Will not be returning to this location.

I love the clothes here, super cute. However, I placed an online order to pick up in store at this location, then find out my order was cancelled (without notifying me) bc apparently, even though the items I ordered online showed available at this location, the really werent. And I wasted a trip bc the phone was disconnected and I couldn't get ahold of them. To top it all off, the funds were immediately taken out of my account the day I placed my order (funds still haven't been returned), and I never got an email back stating my order was cancelled. They then have me call the customer service line and it took me 3 tries to get a rep, the call kept sending me to a survey then disconnecting after a 10 min hold. I'm very dissatisfied and no matter how cute the clothes are, I will not be shopping at The Children's Place anymore.

Love the selection here, but I only love the prices when there is a sale going on. The clothes are cute and made to last. I like that they have a good selection of basics in addition to more trendy items. Because the store can be crowded and there is not a lot of room between the racks/displays, this is a difficult place to shop with a child in tow. Don't pass over the clearance section as there can be some good bargains to be found there.
