Took my mother for some labs and the staff was friendly. It was very clean. Check in was easy and wait time was very short. The woman who did my mothers lab was very kind and attentive. She made my mother feel comfortable and assured me she was in great hands. It’s pretty busy but they move efficiently as well as fast. You can also get a fresh hot cup of coffee I’m the pharmacy. Picture below was how we checked in quickly and was prompted on tv screen.

I went here for blood/urine work ordered by my doctor. After signing in I had to wait an hour even though there was only two other people in the waiting room. When they finally called me up the receptionist made a big to do about having to look up my order in their system(my doctor sent it electronically). They gave me my collection containers and I asked if there was any special instructions. They told me it was all on the containers. I spent two days stuck at home during the test and when I returned with the containers I was told they would be worthless because they hadn’t been kept refrigerated the whole time. This had not been stated to me either in person or on the container. This location is awful. If you can just go to Quest labs.

My doctor sent me for some blood tests, so I signed up online for an appointment yesterday morning. I was in and out in 15 minutes, and I got the results back this morning. The woman who drew my blood was pleasant and professional. The elevator in the medical building is slow, but I was happy to have free parking. There were other customers waiting, but the waiting room was calm and clean.

Amazing ladies inside who accepted me in at 4:20PM after the horrible west loop location locked up before 4PM. In and out in 15 minutes for a urine test. Thankfully some offices still follow their listed hours.

There was a short black lady who drew my blood, and she was legit faahaabulous. I don't know her name, she might very well be the best blood-drawing person in the history of blood-drawing people. I tend to syncope badly. I told her that. Most folks don't take me seriously when I tell them this (and then they learn the hard way that I don't lie). She knew I was telling the truth, and she was super cool about it. She got a place to lay down and made it really easy. Gentle, fast, professional, accommodating, no fainting.

Set up my appointment online, i checked in and as soon as I checked in they called me. When I got to the front desk they asked me if I had an order number. I showed them the formation number I received from when I set up the appointment. The lady at the desk was not helpful at all. If they take in walk-ins why was she not willing to help me and order the test there ? All she said was go online and order the test .THATS EXACTLY WHAT I DID WHEN I SET UP THE APPOINTMENT. if there was no order placed why they didn't call to confirm ? Their customer service sucks . I left work early for nothing !!!!! This is my first time coming to this location.

I came in pleasantly surprised at the electronic check in kiosk, however that system failed miserably. At the end of my check in process, the screen asked if I'd like to wait in my car and receive a text. I opted for that and got a text about 25 min later to return to the office. I was back in the office within 3 min of my text message. I sat in the office and no one called my name for at least 25 min. I saw a sign on the wall above the kiosk that mentions you should speak with someone at the window if you aren't called in. The tech took my info and acted like she had no idea I was there. Meanwhile, I went to the back of the queue as several people had come in since I arrived. They all got serviced before I did. No apology, no explanation, no consideration for the lost time. Screw these guys. Here's a picture of the kiosk (that you can't see when you walk in by the way because it is hidden behind a divider!)

Wow, what a smooth process! I checked in on the text link upon arrival in my car and was able to wait there until they were ready for me. I received the text to proceed in, when I arrived at the office I then checked in at the kiosk with my TDL. The tech that took my blood was awesome, very sweet and super friendly, and made it all a painless process. I hate needles but will definitely return to this location for my next test since it was all so easy!

I went in the morning and everything was fine. I can't say about the afternoon when they are busy. Best time i think is early morning. Had a 9:00 appointment. Checked in on my phone at 8:30. Decided to go on up before they text me. Went in and decided to check in at the express to make sure they got it. Wise decision. Scanned my id so they didn't have to ask for it. The lady at the desk called me before they texted me so good service. Didn't have to wait long at all. One person ahead of me. Easy to check in and pay. They were nice, helpful, professional, and friendly. Blood draw only took a few mintues.

Toya took my blood and samples. She was kind, calm, quick and made it as painless as it could be. I came at 4p and didn't feel rushed or like I was intruding. Of course this could change by the day and they are only human, but overall experience for me was great!
