HEB pharmacy screwed up my medications again and lied to my doctor. They refilled an old prescription. I can never get all my meds at the same time and I don't receive any messages they are ready. Confronted the Pharmacist directly about the issue and she said stop sending prescriptions to HEB. The Pharmacist backed up her lies and medicine refill screw ups. Calling HEB Customer Service to get hold of her boss about how unprofessional this HEB Pharmacy is to customers. The wait times to pick up medicine is very long.

Super frustrated. Had two prescriptions to pick up and called twice yesterday to make sure they got filled. The first two times I called they asked if I needed them that day and I told them I did. They said they should be done by 3. So I called at 4:30 before leaving work and neither were done and they asked again if I needed them that day. I said yes and they said they would be filled within an hour. I gave them about 3 hours, and it’s almost 7pm at this point. I called before I left and they told me both prescriptions were done. Lo and behold, when I got there, only one was filled and they told me “if you need it done today you can go inside and wait about 30-45 minutes for it.” Beyond irritated and wish I could get the meds I needed in a timely manner.

I had an issue with them and left a concern on the website, and they called me and explained what happened, it was a perfectly understandable reason, and were so incredibly apologetic and nice, and helped me prevent a similar problem in the future. They were so helpful and handled the issue so well. I will continue to go here for my prescriptions! The manager, Jessica, handled it so graciously and did an outstanding job addressing and resolving the concern. (We have the same name haha)

Now i can’t get prescription until tomorrow and i still can’t get ahold of them bc it’s too close to closing and i’m in excruciating pain. Once i get my medicine i will not be returning.

I tried going in to have them fix the problem and they said there’s nothing they can do. Super frustrating that they can’t fix a problem they created.

Come here if you’d like to get your prescribed meds 3 days later. When i went to pick it up they said my special mouthwash (i have a throat infection) was going to be ready for tomorrow. I never get a text the next day and wait a little, come back today and they tell me they filed it because they didnt think i’d want to spend the $20 on it, after I specifically said i wanted it. They told me it would be ready by today but Now they call me telling me they are barely ordering the ingredients to mix it and should be ready hopefully by tomorrow. At this point im halfway through my infection, in pain. Communication issues here. Update: called today to see if it was ready. They said they were waiting for my callback to see if i wanted to pay for it, so not mixed or anything. I already told them yes 3 times. I said never mind, water and salt have been doing just fine.

My wife and I have been customers with this HEB pharmacy for several years and we can't begin to Express how much they care about us and what a wonderful job they do. The majority of the staff no our names and are always polite and care about us. We have no plans to ever change our pharmacy. Thanks team! Blessings John Rudolph

Our prescriptions consistently get messed up (like accidentally re-shelved too soon), and the fill times are rarely punctual. They continued to get our business because they were convenient. However, we have recently transferred all business to another pharmacy, after I had a particularly egregious experience there this week while pharmacist Jessica was on shift. I'll skip the details within this forum, and I'll also be skipping all of my weekly grocery trips on over to another company.

I do not have prescription insurance and the staff was very helpful and helped me find a way to get a prescription that I needed and could not afford the 85.00 for. It ended up only costing me 7. I call that helpful. Yes they do get busy and sometimes your prescription may not be ready at exactly the time they stated but it appears they do their best to get it out as fast as possible. If you stop by to pick it up and it's not ready, they will have it ready by the time you get your shopping done. Or just call in to verify if it is ready or not before you go to pick it up.
