This morning was my first visit to this location and was extremely pleased. I was impressed to see how quickly the staff was processing patients. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. I was able to email my updated script and they saw me shortly thereafter. Overall, very please with the staff at this location...1604's morning traffic could use some help though.

Very slow service. I wait 2 hours after check in. The lady by my side wait more than a hour for her scheduled appointment. There was like 15 people when I checked in plus another 15 that came in in those 2 hours waiting there. Plus the lady labeling the samples was doing so much at the same time, including going to the front desk to ask to her partner why an elderly man was mad in the front window (actually he was complaining because he had been there a long time for a urine test and he urged to go to the restroom but he was afraid that can do the test after that) and she almost confused my sample with the sample of the man before me, which was still in the desk, with the paperwork and everything, and me alone in that room (not HIPAA or PHI regulations). It wasn't a good experience.

We registered here and several people went in before we did, even though we were here for an hour. They said, it was due to blood work and appointments. They said 10 minutes after I went to the window and told them this. Poor customer service.

Every time I come here it’s awful. 4 chairs with a room full of people standing everywhere and people sitting on the floor. Get it together already and have the decency to put seating back in. Provide wipes to wipe your chair down if needed. Y’all need more phlebotomists. The wait is ridiculous. Wish there were more options for labs. Y’all definitely don’t care cause what are we gonna do about it? Nothing. Sit on the floor and wait cause we HAVE to get this done. Frustrating.

My visit was about 25 minutes for a urine sample. It seemed 25 minutes TOO long to bear; i was feeling uneasy about the unsanitary conditions, not expected from a LABORATORY facility! Unkept office, dirty yellowed floor, old lobby furniture, nasty bathroom, no toilet liners, BLOOD on the wall. I almost wanted to say something about it, but I wanted to get out of there even more AND I’m sure they knew because they escort your to the bathroom, they simply didn’t care to clean it up. In my opinion, It would hurt to fix these things at all. I KNOW they make money, they are booked day after day. STINGY OWNERS, YOU ARE DISGUSTING. Another concern was the Lobby full of people, all chairs occupied, only standing room available, i was worried about the length of exposure in a small room packed with people. How many appointments did they book for 9 am?? The service was below average. They talk down to you, as if you’re supposed to come in knowing how the facility operates, giving your instructions as if it they are trying to say everything in 1 breath. I HAD to put my purse in a filthy bin. Avoid bringing any purse if possible, even more, avoid this place all together. Next time I will travel to a different location.

I go about every 3 weeks for blood drawn. They have always been super nice sometimes I get in and out super fast sometimes it a bit of a wait it really depends on how many people are there. I do feel they try hard to get everyone in and out as fast as they can and the office is always clean.

I had a 315 appointment time for pre employment drug screen. I did the check in from car option at 300 since I arrived early and they called me in at 305. I got back to do the test at 318 and now im done and on my way at 325 so I would say very impressive. The staff was nice too. This location is super tiny though so I can see it getting backed up if you are there for labs and they have a hard stick or get behind.

Long wait for a pre employment drug screen. Maybe 4 other patients in lobby. They give you an open specimen cup, no lid and no pass through to put it in. You have to carry open cup out into hall and set it on the counter. The tablets they put In the toilet to prevent cheating- open bottle setting on top of paper towel dispenser. While you stand waiting for them to package your urine sample, you are 2 feet away from patients they are drawing blood from. Hi there..don't mind me.and my urine. Poor setup in my opinion.

LabCorp is located on the second floor , there's 2 ways up , elevator and stairs , 2 electronic sign in kiosk on the right side as soon as you walk in which require an ID/DL to be scanned
