First time going to this location I was hoping for a more variety in dresses. My daughter has a dance this weekend and it was slim pickings. Hey corporate send more fancy dresses to this location.

Prices were really high. I use to buy boots for $10-$15...now they are much higher (see pictures) Free donated shirts are now $5.79. I know we are living in Bidens world of inflation but still you guys get the stuff for free!! And yet people will still pay $50 on used Nike shoes instead of saying g enough enough Goodwill!!!

Not good Shopping here for years donating for years ...bought some shoes for my son the size was not correct on them asked if i could swap them... was told cant help you. Could not believe it. Well i cant help you anymore! Good will! Get this... Everything is donated free for them the prices are almost retail. The CEO gets paid millions. Big scam! Not good business at all!

The selection is good but some of the prices are the same for a new item you can purchase elsewhere. Also, the management here seems to have their own return and pricing policy than the other goodwill locations. I.E. they won't allow you to return a battery operated item if it doesn't work because they claim it's not electrical but the other locations do. Also, I tried returning an item within the 7 days allowed and had my receipt as proof but they wouldn't accept it because it had a price tag dated over 30 days ago... whoever heard of such a thing. Also, the staff here are not as friendly as at the other locations. All the other locations greet you as soon as you enter but not here. I prefer shopping at any other goodwill.

Love this location! Every single employee and I mean EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE are so nice and helpful. I’m a regular here and they always make it a point to chat with me and joke around. Yeahhhh the prices are a little high here but honestly that’s all goodwills now unfortunately trying to compete with resellers. Store is always clean and one of the only goodwill locations that actually bring out new racks at a fast pace.

Everyone I encountered was very helpful and friendly. Aletha checked me out and she was very sweet. I had to change my password to show my employee discount right in the middle of checking out. And she was not impatient about it. I really appreciate that because I wasn't very patient about it. 😫 The store is very clean and well organized. I found some really nice pieces. I think my wardrobe is almost complete.

The prices at this store have gotten absolutely ridiculous. Whomever is looking up prices online in the back needs to realize the items at Goodwill are NOT new with tags. They are used and donated to them for free. And yes, they have to pay employees etc, but let's not pretend they get paid more than average. $20 for a run down purse from Aldo or Nine West is ridiculous. You can literally go nextdoor and find better deals at Burlington. $20 for kids Nike shoes in poor condition while you can go to the outlet and get new ones for $25. Goodwill has become super greedy and I hope it will backfire soon.
